朝食がよかったです。

最寄り駅までの雰囲気はあまり良くない印象だったが、ロンドン市内までの交通の便も良く、ホテルの部屋もシンプルで必要最低限のものは揃ってあり、値段的にも妥当かなと思った。スタンステッド空港利用だったので、近くに空港行き直通バスもあり便利だった。

駅まで徒歩圏内。気を張らないシンプルステイ。

近くに駅、ショッピングモール、スーパーがありとても立地がいいです。 部屋は最低限揃っていますが、アメニティ関係はないのでお忘れなく。清掃はいきとどいていて快適に寝られました。 ホテルでゆっくりしないのであれば十分なホテルです。 但し、ロンドン中心からは地下鉄で20分ほどかかります。

ビジネスで利用。3泊滞在。Ibisなので冷蔵庫、バスタブなどは無いがネットや十分なサイズのベッドなどは問題ない。朝食も比較的安いなかでバリエーションもあるのでよかった。ロンドンの中心からは外れるが展示会でシティ空港周辺の展示会場に行くための滞在だったのでその点は問題なかった。ただしヒースロー空港からはかなり遠い。（ヒースローエクスプレス+パディントンからタクシーで1時間半くらいかかった）近隣にはWestfieldのショッピングモールがあり、またStradfordのショッピングセンターもあるのでほとんど買い物や食事（レストラン、ファーストフード、フードコート）には困らない。滞在目的にもよるがロンドンでこのくらいの価格でこの広さの部屋であれば決して悪くないと思う。一点困ったのが、到着日は深夜1時頃になってしまい、24時間フロントとはあったが、フロントスタッフが不在で10分ほどホテルに入れず（防犯のため深夜はエントランスが施錠されている）ホテルに電話をしても誰も出なくて寒い中途方に暮れてしまった。その後、スタッフが戻ってきて事なきをえたが非常に長い10分だった。

The room was spotlessly cleaned and Jornalo on reception was amazingly helpful. Highly recommended and this hotel will be my first choice in Stratford.

Hotel and staff very good , but hotel overall lacked atmosphere.

There was no soundproofing in my room so I could hear the people next door playing music and chatting most of the night. The hotel wasn't very busy and I was on the 3rd floor, so I'm not sure why I had to be right next door to them. I didn't really see much staff presence during my stay and wasn't sure how to communicate with reception when in my room. The lift didn't work properly. It seemed to get stuck on certain floors, with the lift doors staying wide open. I ended up going up and down five flights of stairs multiple times. This would be a major issue for those unable to use the stairs. Fix it ASAP!!! Breakfast was fine, but the choice was quite basic. The scrambled eggs were awful and very dry and crumbly! The guacamole was a nice touch and full of flavour though. The room was clean, but it was a bit weird that Ibis doesn't provide bath mats as standard. I didn't realise that until I was about to have a shower and so had to use my hand towel instead. Not ideal. Overall, it was an ok stay for a night since my boiler at home wasn't working and I needed somewhere close by to sleep. Would I recommend the hotel to others? I'm not sure, it would depend on how reasonable the nightly rates were for what you get.

Huone ja erityisesti kylpyhuone olivat viileitä talvella. Kylpyhuoneessa oli epämiellyttävä viemärin haju. Muuten huone oli siisti ja mukava.
