Very nice hotel good location

Room was clean and well kept. Room much too hot and no control over air conditioning as it is controlled remotely and management have decided its not warm enough to have the air con working so very hot room. Very short of staff at breakfast hence lots of tables uncleared and juices, cutlery, glasses etc not being replenished.

Good stay with an enjoyable breakfast.

Clean room. WiFi always worked. We stayed here so we could attended C2C music festival at the o2. Location wise note far from station. Plenty of space in the rooms. We had one negative experience where our tea and coffee wasn’t replenished so asked reception really friendly guy showed us where to grab tea and coffee from and said we could help ourselves when ever. Was fine to do this the next day, however the following evening at about 11:30 when we got back the lady at reception was very rude and told us we were not allowed tea and coffee when we explained we didn’t receive any the other day and were told we could help ourselves she said no you can’t and gave us 1 tea bag each. Apart from this nice hotel and staff were generally ok apart from that one lady.

Close to stations with restaurants and supermarkets around. While the public area in city is a bit dirty. Price reasonable, ibis standard, nothing more and nothing less

Room was okay overall, but the bathroom really let the stay down. The tap clearly needs replacing, and the shower only sprayed a fine mist of water — I understand it’s probably designed to save water, but it meant my shower took about four times longer than usual. The bathroom products also felt quite cheap and left both my hair and skin feeling dry. The hair dryer was very weak, so don’t expect it to do much if you need to dry your hair properly. The pillows were uncomfortable, which made it harder to get a good night’s sleep. On the plus side, the downstairs bar was very reasonably priced and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight — really enjoyable. Overall, the hotel feels very dated and in need of renovation. With some upgrades, it could be a much better experience.

I was in room 221. I have never stayed in a noisier room in any hotel in any city in any country in my long life. My window overlooked a main road, directly opposite a set of traffic lights. I did not have one hour's sleep. At 6 am I went downstairs and spoke to a member of the reception staff who was excellent,Rebekah. She allocated me another room at the back of the hotel immediately and I enjoyed my second night at the hotel. She said she would make a report about this issue. This room definitely needs triple glazing if you intend to have travellers staying in it. I have to say it thoroughly spoiled my first day's holiday as I was very tired and upset about thematter and that is the reason I have given the hotel only 3 stars. I want to stress that the staff were all excellent.

Good internet, location of the hotel was perfect for us however when we checked into the hotel and given our room key, we walked into the room and the bed had not been made and used towels in the shower. We came to the conclusion we were given the wrong room. We went back down to reception and they told us this was a housekeeping issue, they did apologise however the back and forth to the reception area was a bit of a hassle. We went down to reception to get a Starbucks coffee from the fridge and the staff were sitting in the back room chatting and did not even notice us and we just left. Overall I enjoyed our stay, although some improvements could be made.

Cleanliness of toilet in general and walls of the room spill of a kind of liquid… looking disgusting.

The team were very friendly and helpful, they even let us check in early on our day of arrival which was very much appreciated after a long journey.

We had a double sweet room for one night. Came to Stratford for Abba Voyage. Room was clean, tea and coffee provided. Good shower. Smart tv. Plenty to choose from at breakfast buffet and nice and hot! Staff were friendly and helpful. Uber didn't turn up to take us to Abba arena so they called us a taxi.

The professionalism of the staff and location. However, it was a bit noisy at night because I was on the city view side. However, it was a lovely stay.
