Best place I have stayed in London

Staff very helpful. Comfortable room & great breakfast.

A brilliant stay with staff being very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay special. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the O2 was incredible.

I only stayed for one night but will definitely be returning to this hotel. A beautiful building in a fabulous location, 10 minutes walk from North Greenwich tube and the O2. Everything about my stay was perfect, from the friendly, efficient check-in, to the plentiful and prompt elevators, the beautiful, well appointed and comfortable room with an amazing view… I could not fault a single thing. Room service and breakfast were excellent and check out was just as fast and professional as check-in. I didn’t drive, but there is a spacious car park which I will avail of next time after my traumas on this occasion with Avanti West Coast.

Excellent rooms and location of property with direct access to O2. Fantastic restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel, spa and restaurant staff were so incredibly polite, friendly and quick to help. The room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view. The restaurant food was delicious and there was great choice and variety. Brilliant hotel overall and super for staying over after a concert at the O2. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

The food options in the club lounge in the evening were a bit poor. Breakfast had a much larger range of options. Bed was confortable though and the room was clean

Not the best experience for the price

Das Hotel ist perfekt für Konzertbesuche in der O2 Arena. Der Direktzugang zur Mall ist sehr bequem. Wir konnten bei früher Anreise bereits vormittags in unser gebuchtes Zimmer im 5. Stock. Die Aussicht auf die Themse war wunderbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und konnte angemessen heruntergekühlt werden bei heißen Temperaturen draußen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielfältig, wenngleich auch ein wenig eintönig, wenn man länger bleibt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zugewandt. Vor allem der Afternoon Tea war perfekt durchgeführt, sollte jeder im Hotel genießen. Die Buchung sollte jedoch zuvor korrekt bestätigt und gebucht sein. kleiner Kritikpunkt: wir hatten bei zwei Aufenthaltsnächten keinen Service im Zimmer (trotz Sevicewunsch an der Tür), was auch in Bezug auf die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht notwendig ist. Jedoch hätten wir uns eine Nachfrage bezüglich der Verbrauchsmaterialien gewünscht (Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln etc.).

All staff from check-in to check-out were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean, well maintained and the decor is very aesthetically pleasing. We were even pleasantly surprised to see the ashtrays outside were all shiny and clean the next morning. It’s not something that would have bothered me but effort and attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. We only stayed for one night unfortunately but would have been more than happy to have stayed much longer if we could have! Another reason I chose this hotel was convenience for attending the 02 arena which honestly if anyone is visiting for a show at the 02 then this hotel is a must! The access door connecting the hotel lobby and the arena/shopping centre is so handy! I was very anxious and worried about my safety coming to London as well but the hotel and the surrounding grounds/area felt very safe and allowed me to feel comfortable during my short stay! Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to returning hopefully very soon!

Hotel entrance and foyer are lovely and so was the spa/swimming pool. Was greeted to a surprise upgraded room which was lovely however the room did feel dated. I’ve stayed at a fair few intercontinental hotels and this was one of the more dated rooms. Other than that the staff and everything else was great.

In itself this is a nice hotel and really convenient for the O2; however, the check in was an altogether different experience. Check in was at 1530, but the receptionist was rude, brusque and unwelcoming. Not what I expect at any hotel, especially one that cost £270/night!

Staff were outstanding. Food, including breakfast and room service, very high quality. Great views. Beds not good, toilet paper very flimsy.
