InterContinental Hotels LONDON - THE O2 by IHG, an IHG Hotel

We stayed one night as we were seeing a show at O2. Lovely room with views of the river. Easy access via a connecting walkway with own security check to O2.

had a lovely room but air con was not working so asked the reception to fix it and without even questioning me about it they moved us to another room but bye the time i got up to the room there was someone fixing the problem but we still moved a1

Bit of a muddle with the booking - Expedia confirmation, but hotel had no record of it. Staff dealt with it well though and we had a good stay. Brilliant place to stay for O2 events. Rooms very comfortable and an excellent breakfast.

Such a wonderful hotel. Room was perfect and facilities spot on. Ideal for anything you want to see at the 02. Check-in was the only less than perfect thing.

Room 1018 on the 10th Floor with fabulous day and evening views of the Thames with private entrance to the O2 - breakfast wonderful so much choice - staff super friendly and helpful - bed very comfortable (we didn’t like the pillows) but found out on departure if we had asked at Reception they would have provided foam pillows - will remember that for next time - close to tube - would recommend

Ive stayed twice now and would definitely stay again. Its the perfect location if travelling for an event at the o2. The staff are all dressed in smart uniforms. They are all polite, professional and friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy with lovely decor. The lamp in the room did have a few splash marks on it. Overall a lovley hotel.

Great hotel option for any event or activity in the O2. We had room on 7th floor with view of O2 & river. Nice pool, steam room etc.

The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and tastefully decorated with a great view of the Thames. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the UberBoat dock which was convenient for getting there, to the Greenwich Pier for touring and then back into London to finish our vacation. The spa and pool were a welcome relaxation to our trip which included hours of walking. Staff were warm and attentive without being overbearing. From check-in to check-out, the service felt personal—especially our dinner, where we celebrated our anniversary. We had a lovely view and the food was perfect.

We were going to a concert at the O2 and we would normally stop in central London and get the boat down. This time we thought we would try The Intercontinental as it was next door. So glad we did, getting back to our room after a five minute walk was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and down to earth even though it was a top class hotel. We paid extra for the breakfast which was definitely worth, a really good range of quality food. The room itself was very nice, clean and well equipped. We would definitely return when we visit the O2 again

Unbeatable location if visiting the O2, with direct access from the hotel to the arena. Was permitted an early check in. Room spacious but a little smelly ( not enough to complain but noticeable ). Good sized bathroom and a big bed that was a little to firm for our liking but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Fantastisk hotel, helt klart 5 stjerner værd. Vi var der i forbindelse med en koncert i O2 arena og det lå klods op af, så der var luksus. Vil dog kun besøge det i forbindelse med koncerter, da det ligger lidt væk fra alting, men her var det perfekt.

Aircon did not work could not open windows. No bedside lamp and charging point for phone. And pillows was far too soft could not sleep on

Perfect from start to finish. Check in was quick… room was amazing. Location to the O2 was our reason for booking and it couldn’t get any easier.

Very enjoyable stay, pool, steam room and sauna were great and breakfast was delicious. Fabulous selection of hot and cold food, all very fresh and well cooked.
