朝食がおいしかったです。 治安がいい場所なので、安心して宿泊できました！

久々に静かな部屋に宿泊した観がある。一階部屋だったので二階宿泊者の足音は聞こえたが、隣室からの音はほぼ聞こえなかった。寧ろ部屋が静かなので目の前の路上を走る車の音の方が気になった。周辺地域の店舗やその顧客には中東系移民と思われる人々が多く、ホテルフロントマン二人もそうだったが、とても親切であったし、タクシー予約やチェックアウト時の書類等の相談もとても親身になって作業してくれた。朝食はミニマムであるが、コストパフォーマンスを考えれば受容できる。オリンピアでの国際会議に参加する為宿泊。間を挟む地上鉄道駅の跨線橋が使えて、アクセスは最高によい。一方、ロンドン中心部へはタクシーを使わないと不便だろう。ホテルへの不満は二つだけ。両方共浴室関連。バスタブがなく、シャワーブースのみであるのはよいのだが、ブースはドアで密閉されず、シャワーカーテンでのみ仕切る。カーテンと床の間には10センチ位隙間があるのでカーテン前はシャワー後は水浸しである。足ふきタオルで足を拭いた後、ぞうきんとして床を拭う事で洗面台へのアクセスができる様になるが、この足ふきタオルを何故か3泊の間一度も交換してもらえなかった。ハンドタオルとバスタオルは交換してくれているのにである！シャワーブースはそもそもどうしてこういう構造なのか全く理解に苦しむし、足ふきタオルの無交換も床を拭ってびちゃびちゃであるのはすぐわかるはずなのに、そのまま畳んで便器に蓋をした上に戻される。温水を使用したタオルドライレールがあるので、そこで乾かして使用したが、ぞうきんとして使用した後乾燥させるので乾くと臭う。また、最終日チェックアウト直前、午前5時台のシャワーではハンドシャワーは出たが、天井からのメインシャワーはお湯も水も全くでなくなった。ハンドシャワーはホルダーの角度が調整できず、述べた通り、カーテン式ブースなので、細心の注意を払わないと水浸しが洪水レベルになる。これは頂けなかった。それまでの二日間は水量も湯温も急激に変化するよくある海外のホテルの様な事もなかっただけに残念である。もうひとつ。厚い重いカーテンの開閉は電動式であるが、全開から全閉はモーターの力が足らず、半分強で止まってしまう。その後は勢いをつけて閉める手動式である。1階は路上から室内が見えるので、夜はカーテンが閉まらないのは大問題となるし、女性で慣れない人では自分だけでは閉められないかもしれない。部屋には冷蔵庫完備。エアコンもダイキン製で冷房、暖房、送風、温度調整と日本人でも満足できるクオリティであった。ベッドサイドテーブルにはコンセントもありスマホを充電しながら手の届く所においてアラームにするのに問題ない。

Breakfast was limited but ok

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kensington prime a very enjoyable boutique hotel in a great location near Olympia station could get around from there to anywhere. We enjoyed comfy beds and great designs of the room and interior that made it feel homey. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or other activities but seemed like there was everything available. Our only feedback was lack of a proper shower curtain but that’s minor! You will enjoy staying here.

Overall disapponted considering it was a higher price than we typically pay. Much smaller than we thought it would be, small room and toilet seat becoming loose and a bit dirty. Our fridge was also not cool despite being turned on. Our main disappointment was breakfast. We arrived within the cut off time but had a very limited selection such as one sausage and two scrambled fried eggs which weren't replaced. Very limited fruit and cereal selection too. A member of staff came to our table to bring out more scrambled eggs as the others had become slightly discolored which put off my partner. However she only brought out a plate for me. My partner then asked for more for her too to a different member of staff, who seemed confused why she was asking. It then looked like a small argument broke out between them in the garden area.

Clean room. Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was ok there was a few different choices.

Nice small hotel in a quiet suberb, a 15 min walk from nearest tube station. Room was small but well appointed inc nice touch of free water bottles. Decent breakfast and helpful staff.

The staff was still nice and helpful. The breakfast was just enough to get your day stated. The room service they offer was bad, food was cool although a lot, and they substituted our desserts, so very disappointing. I did realize the day after we checked out I had left my medical boot in the closet. Attempts to get in touch with the hotel regarding this has been disappointing, no answers or responses via email or text

Stayed for one night in the standard double, small but cosy. Very clean room, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was a great addition. Would recommend and stay again!

We found the hotel spotlessly clean. The decor is very nice & tasteful. Even though the rooms are very small it catered well to one’s needs. It is conveniently situated in a nice quiet area of Kensington, The staff we met were very friendly & helpful. Definately worth a second visit when next in London.

Beautiful lhotel, perfect for couples. Modern room and facilites, beds were very comfortable with memory foam pillows. For the price, it was a steal.

O quarta é muito legal, a localização muito boa, só colocaria algumas opções a mais no café da manhã, fora isso é nota 10!

The room was slightly rundown. The key-safe didn't work. Rain shower head needs to be descaled. Bed not comfortable.
