We had such a wonderful experience. Staying at this hotel for our honeymoon was truly the best decision. Even though we didn’t understand English well, the staff treated us with kindness and provided exceptional service without any frustration. Thank you so much!

Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many options. We also loved the Santa tray - this was our first time doing Christmas away and my kids were a little sad at not doing the traditional things, but that tray (and the chocolate treat left by Santa) was so cute and much appreciated. I also really appreciated the water we got at checkout - that was so kind (and also much appreciated!)

The breakfast buffet was good value for money with a large selection of food.

Was very disappointed by this stay having stayed at the brand several times before. What a grand hotel but the rooms let it down massively, it is not 5 star in the room department!

I stayed in Room 162 - it was far too close to the railway line therefore sleep was limited!

The appearance of the room had a wow factor as soon as we walked in but that soon changed when we realised how close to the railway track we were. We were 20 yards from the tracks and at the same height so the regular trains passing most of the night was terrible. The room was never warm which I assume was due to the height of the single pane windows. Finally the front of the wc in the bathroom was so close to the facing wall it was a joke. Everything else in the hotel was perfect but I do not think room 162 is fit for purpose and should not be used. We would return if we were guaranteed a room at the other end of the hotel as it is so handy for the city centre.
