朝食は毎日同じではあるが、美味しく、特にコーヒーと紅茶は素晴らしい。 また、ベイズウォーター駅から徒歩2分、クイーンズウェイ駅から徒歩5分と立地が良い。 ベイズウォーター駅近辺は飲食店も多く、食べ物にも困らない。 客室は広めで、赤ちゃんのためにベビーベッドも用意されていた。 冷蔵庫とちょっとしたコーヒーが部屋に用意されているし、ミネラルウォータが毎日補充されるのも日本人にとってはありがたい。 唯一の欠点はシャワー室の床の仕切りが低くすぐ水浸しになることです。でも清掃で完全にきれいな状態にしてくれます。

価格の割には満足できるホテルでした。 夜に周辺の路上から大きな声が聞こえたたりする事が、唯一の難点です。

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. What stood the most is the exceptional level of care and honesty demonstrated by the team. Accidentally I forgot something important and they did everything to locating me and return it to me. Thank you! I will definitely be staying there again.

Vi bodde i ett välplanerat rum på 3:e våningen. Rummet var lagom stort, ljust och rent. Bra badrum med dusch. Skön dubbelsäng och bra sittgrupp. Wifi var bra. Städningen fungerade utmärkt. Mycket bra frukost (continental), mycket trevlig och uppmärksam personal som hela tiden fyllde på frukostbordet. I receptionen var personalen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet i sin helhet rekommenderas varmt.

Second time staying here and wont be the last. Location is brilliant and rooms are lovely. Faisal the manager - what a pleasure - we had some small issues and he went above and beyond to help us resolve and even provided us with a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. The room was well furnished and clean, However, the bed was placed in such a way that I could not access the window to close the blinds. The bed was also immovable which meant my window blind was 2/3 open during my sleep and indeed waking/ getting ready- not ideal! Breakfast also was little to be desired. I went down 30 mins before close but none of the items had been refreshed. It is a continental style breakfast offering (with limited options) yet when I was there I was only able to choose from toast, a tiny scrap of ham (leftovers from what I assume was once a full plate), some dried out hummus, a few other empty plates, a bowl of olives and some sliced underripe tomato. I asked one of the servers if that was 'it' and I was offered boiled eggs, so graciously I requested two soft boiled eggs... only to be presented 1 minute later with 2 completed dry, overcooked eggs (assumedly from under a heat lamp). So there was potential to be a good hotel and worth a visit, but sadly the lack of privacy in the room and the disappointing breakfast let it down.

Dejligt hotel med fine faciliteter og god seng. Tæt på Bayswater og Queensway stationer. Rengøring meget proper og effektiv. Morgenmaden ikke så fantastisk, men servicen god.

This hotel refused to issue a refund despite clear evidence that the reservation was made without the account holder’s authorisation. Hotels.com contacted the property directly and explained the situation in detail, including that the booking was not made by me and that I was in Stockholm at the time. The hotel acknowledged this but chose to proceed strictly under their policy and retain the payment. No one stayed at the property, and the reservation was never used. Despite being fully informed of the circumstances, the hotel declined to make any exception or show discretion. If a hotel is unwilling to act reasonably in a situation involving an unauthorised transaction, it raises concerns about how they handle customer issues more broadly. I would advise caution and not to rely on goodwill or flexibility should any issue arise.

Rommet var ikke så stort, men pent. Alt var rent og vi hadde det vi trengte. Vi fikk først et rom i underetasjen så vi ba om å bytte. Frokosten var helt ok. Lite ordinære butikker i nærheten, men flere greie spisesteder .

Our room was located between a wedding party, the groom one side and the bride the other, they obviously made noise which is understandable. However when we complained about this to staff nothing was done, we should not have been put next to a wedding party.

Located conveniently to the tube station with many restaurants within walking distance The room was TINY, had to turn sideways to get past the bed to enter the bathroom and then turn sideways to enter / exit the shower The bathroom door stuck so never fully opened Hot water sometimes and never warm in the bathroom sink The fridge door didn’t fully open because it hit the entry door Couldn’t use the kitchenette sink ( which is as narrow as my hand ) because the coffee tray covered 1/3 of it The room key did not operate in the in room key card slot so all the lights turned out fully over & over again. When we asked for help they jammed a card in on an angle and said don’t move it then housekeeping took it out the next day This was particularly frustrating when it happened as I was showering Overall not a great stay Would say the room is suited for one person only This is our 4th trip overseas to London and will look elsewhere
