The location of good and the staff was great. We had a problem with the hot water, and right away the manager gave us a nicer room and free breakfast. Everyone was cheery and helpful.

Very convenient location close to two tube stations with restaurants and fast food nearby. Helpful and efficient service. Room is clean with comfy bed.
Overall hotel is small and needs to navigate steps inside the hotel and room - a little bit inconvenient.

Rummet var rymligt men väldigt slitet. Fläckar på möbler och en gammal matta. Doft i korridorerna för att dölja något, väldigt stark. Bäddsoffan var otroligt oskön att sova på. Knappt varmvatten i dusch och handfat. Även väldigt litet badrum som var dåligt planerad. Kommer inte bo där igen.

Didn’t expect to find a room this spacious and comfortable. 2 adults 2 boys (8 & 10) slept comfortably. Really nicely done room. Only gripe was the lack of warm water for long enough. Breakfast was decent too. Would stay again.

Small but very aesthetic- perfect for pictures. The bathroom is gorgeous. Breakfast is healthy rather than a traditional big fry-up, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it may not suit you. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

It was a bit noisy on the first night with a couple fighting at 02:30 in the morning but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Only down side was no hot water for a shower on the second morning. We had a train to catch so didn’t have time to raise the issue. Hotel clean and well set up.

Utrolig meget larm og der var rystelser fra de tog som tilsyneladende kørte i undergrunden.
Ligeledes meget larm fra gaden.
Der var en defekt i holderen til nøglekortet så der kunne ikke tændes lys på toilettet eller loftet. Personalet forsøgte med 3 forskellige nøglekort men det lykkedes aldrig at få lys på badeværelset.

Superbly decorated rooms, great location and good value. Only downside is the noisyness. The tube is fine, but the toilet waste pipe from upstairs rooms, noise from staff etc and outside noise was considerable. The door didn’t shut tight and a bit of extra noise insulation on the window may go a long way. Would definately use again having said all that..

Great location within a stones throw from 2 tube stations which was ideal for travelling around the city exploring. Clean , comfortable and good sized room for 2 adults and one child . Couldn’t fault hotel .
