部屋にコーヒーマシーンはあったけど電気ケトルは無いので日本人は持っていくことをおすすめする。私は持っていった。 親切なスタッフもいればそうじゃないスタッフもいる。 I encountered both kind and not-so-friendly staff during my stay. 英語が聞き取れなくて「sorry?」と聞き返したら面倒そうな反応された。悲しかった。 でもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれるスタッフもいた。とても安心した。雨が降るから傘を持っていくといいよとアドバイスをくれた。親切だった。 When I said “Sorry?” because I couldn’t understand English well, one of the staff reacted as if it was troublesome. That made me feel sad. But there were also some friendly staff members who talked to me kindly, which made me feel very relieved. One of them even gave me kind advice, saying I should take an umbrella because it was going to rain. I appreciated their kindness. ホテルの部屋の広さは日本の都内のビジネスホテルくらいなので、狭いと思う人もいるかもしれないが、私にとっては十分だったし、部屋のデザインが可愛くて快適だった。 部屋には遮光カーテンはあるけどレースカーテンは無いよ ベッド下に荷物を置くスペースがあるよ The room was about the same size as a typical business hotel room in central Tokyo, so some people might find it small. But for me, it was enough. The room was nicely designed, cute, and comfortable. There were blackout curtains, but no sheer (lace) curtains. There was also space under the bed where I could store my luggage

ダブルベッド 1 台の窓あり部屋に泊まりました。部屋が狭いのはレビューを見て分かっていたのですが、想像以上に狭かった。写真を見る限り、ベッド周りは歩けるくらいスペースがあるのかと思っていましたが、それもなく、スーツケースを広げたら一杯になるくらいのスペース。スーツケースを開けたままだとドアも開けられない。しかもホテルのどのドアも重たくて・・・。部屋同士の防音は良いのですが、外にパブがあったりで朝方まで騒ぐ声が聞こえて静かな環境とは言えません。 トイレ、シャワーは普通。ただ、洗面器は顔を洗うと周りがビシャビシャになるくらい小さい。欧米の人たちは朝、シャワー浴びたりして、洗面器で顔を洗わないのでしょうか・・・。ドライヤーも有り。バスタオルは分厚すぎて逆に拭きにくかった。冷房はなんとダイキン製でしたが、なぜか16度にしか設定できず。あと、やっぱり冷蔵庫や、物を置く台などがないと何かと不便です。タバコ臭や変な匂いはまったくなくて快適。 朝食は6ポンドで入口のバーで食べれるそうです。雰囲気は良いし、おしゃれなホテルなのですが、快適に過ごせるか？といえば難しいです。ただ、ホテル周辺は、スーパー、中華街、パブ、駅、バス停となんでもあり、ミュージカルの劇場なども歩いていけるところが多く立地はすごく良いです。

Location was perfect and a room was clean, only one I should tell is - room was so small, there was no space to open my suitcase. I had to do everything on my bed.

Tiny tiny rooms but great location

Sehr sauber - early check-in kein Problem - nur für die Gepäckhaltung am Abreisetag hätten sie gerne 10 Pfund je Stück gehabt - ehrlich da zahlst du 300 die Nacht und für 3 Stunden Koffer aufpassen wollens wieder extra - das ist zum Kotzen - sonst war aber alles in bester Ordnung

Excellent bed, great wet room, reliable aircon. Perfect for a short central stay.

I stayed in one of the bigger rooms, which is located in a different location. There was no reception or staff in this location. You enter the hallway from the street with your room key. My room was in the third floor, no elevator and a narrow staircase. In the room there was no place where you could put on makeup - there was a mirror in the bathroom but the light was awful. When checking out I had requested someone to come help with luggage at a specific time - nobody came to my door. I found a staff member handling laundry bags in the hallway, and he helped me after I asked. I will choose another hotel the next time.

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are very small but perfect for a night or two.

Stayed here numerous times, this was the first time I stayed in the other part of the hotel over the road from the usual part, smaller, bathroom not as big, not as nice. Will return but will make sure I’m in the main hotel above the bar not the other part.

Hotel idéalement situé au cœur de SoHo et de toute l’agitation incroyable de ce quartier. Plein de restaurants et d’options de sorties à quelques minutes à pieds. Les chambres sont totalement isolées du bruits! L’option idéal pour moi à Londres!

Good location, no breakfast, no gym, cost for luggage storage

The perfect location. Spotless rooms.

Great location, friendly staff with nice bar but the room is compact and you have to climb into bed and on bed to close curtains and very noisy. I stayed on a Wednesday and you could hear so much from the street on first floor that I hardly slept which is a real shame as I was hoping it would be a regular spot for a work stay.

Modernt hotel med små rum men perfekt läge i Soho. Personalen är trevlig och baren i loungen är urtrevlig.

Location in Soho is very central. Nice vibe … service is not their thing.

Buyer beware. We were told when we arrived that we were booked at a site away from the hotel. It was dirty, didn’t feel safe, room was 3 flights up.( staff did bring our luggage up and down).Staff did not welcome us to the hotel amenities. Hotel looked cute but we didn’t see it.

Rooms are super tiny. If you are somehow claustrophobic do not book! Frette linen, Molton Brown amenities and HSKP very much appreciated.
