部屋にコーヒーマシーンはあったけど電気ケトルは無いので日本人は持っていくことをおすすめする。私は持っていった。 親切なスタッフもいればそうじゃないスタッフもいる。 I encountered both kind and not-so-friendly staff during my stay. 英語が聞き取れなくて「sorry?」と聞き返したら面倒そうな反応された。悲しかった。 でもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれるスタッフもいた。とても安心した。雨が降るから傘を持っていくといいよとアドバイスをくれた。親切だった。 When I said “Sorry?” because I couldn’t understand English well, one of the staff reacted as if it was troublesome. That made me feel sad. But there were also some friendly staff members who talked to me kindly, which made me feel very relieved. One of them even gave me kind advice, saying I should take an umbrella because it was going to rain. I appreciated their kindness. ホテルの部屋の広さは日本の都内のビジネスホテルくらいなので、狭いと思う人もいるかもしれないが、私にとっては十分だったし、部屋のデザインが可愛くて快適だった。 部屋には遮光カーテンはあるけどレースカーテンは無いよ ベッド下に荷物を置くスペースがあるよ The room was about the same size as a typical business hotel room in central Tokyo, so some people might find it small. But for me, it was enough. The room was nicely designed, cute, and comfortable. There were blackout curtains, but no sheer (lace) curtains. There was also space under the bed where I could store my luggage

ダブルベッド 1 台の窓あり部屋に泊まりました。部屋が狭いのはレビューを見て分かっていたのですが、想像以上に狭かった。写真を見る限り、ベッド周りは歩けるくらいスペースがあるのかと思っていましたが、それもなく、スーツケースを広げたら一杯になるくらいのスペース。スーツケースを開けたままだとドアも開けられない。しかもホテルのどのドアも重たくて・・・。部屋同士の防音は良いのですが、外にパブがあったりで朝方まで騒ぐ声が聞こえて静かな環境とは言えません。 トイレ、シャワーは普通。ただ、洗面器は顔を洗うと周りがビシャビシャになるくらい小さい。欧米の人たちは朝、シャワー浴びたりして、洗面器で顔を洗わないのでしょうか・・・。ドライヤーも有り。バスタオルは分厚すぎて逆に拭きにくかった。冷房はなんとダイキン製でしたが、なぜか16度にしか設定できず。あと、やっぱり冷蔵庫や、物を置く台などがないと何かと不便です。タバコ臭や変な匂いはまったくなくて快適。 朝食は6ポンドで入口のバーで食べれるそうです。雰囲気は良いし、おしゃれなホテルなのですが、快適に過ごせるか？といえば難しいです。ただ、ホテル周辺は、スーパー、中華街、パブ、駅、バス停となんでもあり、ミュージカルの劇場なども歩いていけるところが多く立地はすごく良いです。

Location was perfect and a room was clean, only one I should tell is - room was so small, there was no space to open my suitcase. I had to do everything on my bed.

窓もなく狭い部屋でしたが、欲しいものは全てあり、有名どころに歩いていけるというロケーションは最高でした。

Wonderful building and fabulous staff.

Small rooms, no bathroom exhaust fan so mold growing and a moldy smell. Could hear upstairs neighbors most of the night.

The location of the hotel and the friendlyness of the staff were great. The room size was smaller than I'm used to but I think that is just a difference in culture not quality. I'm from the USA and everything seems bigger here.

The reception asked me for 10 points when I dropped off my luggage. How many hours have I been there? This is the first time this has happened to me, and I've traveled almost the entire world. It's the first time in my life a hotel asks for money to drop off a luggage. Where is the hospitality and service? You are charging us a fee for staying at your hotel, and you are making us pay for a free service like this, which is like all hotels in the world. Please review the service and make it free. Thank you.

I booked the small room and I knew it was small but man the bed takes up the entire space. I guess it’s good for a solo traveler but it’s not worth the price. There is zero ventilation in the bathroom, and after showering the bathroom had a weird smell. The pillows are “down” but when you lay on them they squish to nothing. Basically a thin sheet. Bed was comfortable. They were able to check me in early which I appreciated. However, I asked if they could hold my back for a few hours after my stay so we could walk around without carrying them. And they said it would be 10 pounds each. I thought that was odd since I was a guest of the hotel. Cleaning staff extremely wonderful and kind!

Great bed - spotlessly clean, good linen, pillows that are well made (not a hint of foam). Exceĺlent wetroom with thick towels and good product. All housed in an ergonomically efficient space. I've stayed many times before and am never disappointed. Perfect for a London short stay.

Ac was broken but hotel refunded part of my stay. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Hotel was very convenient. Staff were friendly.

Weekend break, arrived early friendly staff on the desk , asked to leave bag so we could have a wonder before check-in to our surprise the room was ready and we could check in straight away very happy
