部屋にコーヒーマシーンはあったけど電気ケトルは無いので日本人は持っていくことをおすすめする。私は持っていった。 親切なスタッフもいればそうじゃないスタッフもいる。 I encountered both kind and not-so-friendly staff during my stay. 英語が聞き取れなくて「sorry?」と聞き返したら面倒そうな反応された。悲しかった。 でもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれるスタッフもいた。とても安心した。雨が降るから傘を持っていくといいよとアドバイスをくれた。親切だった。 When I said “Sorry?” because I couldn’t understand English well, one of the staff reacted as if it was troublesome. That made me feel sad. But there were also some friendly staff members who talked to me kindly, which made me feel very relieved. One of them even gave me kind advice, saying I should take an umbrella because it was going to rain. But for me, it was enough. The room was nicely designed, cute, and comfortable. There were blackout curtains, but no sheer (lace) curtains. There was also space under the bed where I could store my luggage

ダブルベッド 1 台の窓あり部屋に泊まりました。部屋が狭いのはレビューを見て分かっていたのですが、想像以上に狭かった。写真を見る限り、ベッド周りは歩けるくらいスペースがあるのかと思っていましたが、それもなく、スーツケースを広げたら一杯になるくらいのスペース。スーツケースを開けたままだとドアも開けられない。しかもホテルのどのドアも重たくて・・・。部屋同士の防音は良いのですが、外にパブがあったりで朝方まで騒ぐ声が聞こえて静かな環境とは言えません。 トイレ、シャワーは普通。ただ、洗面器は顔を洗うと周りがビシャビシャになるくらい小さい。欧米の人たちは朝、シャワー浴びたりして、洗面器で顔を洗わないのでしょうか・・・。ドライヤーも有り。バスタオルは分厚すぎて逆に拭きにくかった。冷房はなんとダイキン製でしたが、なぜか16度にしか設定できず。あと、やっぱり冷蔵庫や、物を置く台などがないと何かと不便です。タバコ臭や変な匂いはまったくなくて快適。 朝食は6ポンドで入口のバーで食べれるそうです。雰囲気は良いし、おしゃれなホテルなのですが、快適に過ごせるか？といえば難しいです。ただ、ホテル周辺は、スーパー、中華街、パブ、駅、バス停となんでもあり、ミュージカルの劇場なども歩いていけるところが多く立地はすごく良いです。

Location was perfect and a room was clean, only one I should tell is - room was so small, there was no space to open my suitcase. I had to do everything on my bed.

It very centrally located, clean and staff is polite. The rooms are small.

Very nice hotel close to the theater district. COLD AC, was amazing during the heatwave. Friendly staff. Room was ready early. Nice bar to get a drink downstairs. Would stay here again

Great place!

This place is consistently good; I keep coming back because it is so dependable. The staff are welcoming and friendly; the bed is always extremely comfortable and the linen brightly white. Towels are big, thick and fluffy; the shower is always easily regulated and quite spacious enough. All of this in an affordable place at the heart of Soho, from where most things I need are walkable. The lively atmosphere there is a bonus, too.

Hotellet ligger godt i Soho og personalet var let og komme i kontakt med. Tjeneren lærte hurtigt at jeg skulle have to kopper sort kaffe om morgenen, det kan jeg lide. Alt i alt ikke sidste gang jeg kommer der!😎

I felt like I was walking g into a five star hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful and booked me a car to the airport right away. I had to turn the air conditioning down because it worked so well the room was cold! Although the room was small, just as advertised, it was perfect for me. Very clean. The shower was awesome with both a hand and rain shower heads and plenty of pressure and the towels were huge and fluffy. Had a n espresso maker for an early morning. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. It’s close to everything! Walked everywhere. Tons of restaurants, bars theater and shopping.

We booked a “studio apartment“ on Expedia. The listing made no mention that our room was not in the hotel but in fact around the corner on Greek Street in a separate building with no lift and very steep stairs. Our room was 701 on the 3rd floor. Our friends had booked the same type of room but on the 1st floor. On arrival, the window was open (albeit boiling outside) - the room was so hot we had to do a quick turn around and leave. We closed the window put off a large fan that was on and put the air conditioning up full blast. We then went out and came back 2 hours later hoping the room had cooled down. It hadn’t. The a/c unit was clearly not working properly. Uninhabitable. The hotel must’ve known this hence the fan blasting - the temps had been high in London for a week before we arrived. The suite itself wasn’t a suite but rather a small room with a small sink and had seen better days. Our friends on the first floor had a bigger room and air conditioning that worked. We had to leave as there were no alternative rooms, even though we had all booked to be together. We found a hotel with working a/c 15 minutes walk away. This took up hours of our day and made our trip clunky since we had to split up. Mimi’s agreed to refund two nights but on reflection they should have refunded all three given we couldn’t have stayed a single night. We had already wasted part of our day and were too hot and tired to argue further, so we accepted. All in, a terrible experience.

Chambre non conforme à la réservation. Refus remplacement chambre car celle-ci n’avait pas de fenêtre ni de placard ni table ni chaise, le lit prenant la totalité de la chambre. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel car invivable et avons perdu les nuitées non utilisées car aucun remboursement possible et sommes allés dans un autre hôtel. Pour info prix de la chambre exorbitant pour une cage à lapin. Nous le déconseillons fortement.

Fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and kind, especially when I had a small issue with a bag, which turned out to be entirely my own fault. The room was very small, so you do need to be prepared for that, but it was extremely comfortable and ideal for a short stay. The air conditioning was exceptional, which made a huge difference, and despite being right in the centre of Soho, the room was wonderfully quiet at night. The bar was also very reasonably priced for tea and coffee, and they made a fantastic espresso. I have no complaints at all. It is a great choice if you want somewhere central, comfortable, quiet and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Very central to everything- small room and beds are ok not super comfortable however being right next to the train and walking distance to alot of great shops and restaurants made it great.

Great hotel, friendly staff and centrally located. Decent ironing boards are about the only thing they’re lacking

I was catfished. We walked in the room and immediately laughed, the room was the size of a closet. Not even a hobbit could walk in the room without bumping into walls. Could barely fit 3 suitcases in the room. You are better off doing an Airbnb for 160 a night. Staff was nice and room was clean however I find it impossible it is legal to have these mini windowless dungeons on the market.

Tiny tiny rooms but great location

Sehr sauber - early check-in kein Problem - nur für die Gepäckhaltung am Abreisetag hätten sie gerne 10 Pfund je Stück gehabt - ehrlich da zahlst du 300 die Nacht und für 3 Stunden Koffer aufpassen wollens wieder extra - das ist zum Kotzen - sonst war aber alles in bester Ordnung
