10/10 - Moxy is always my go to when stopping out whether it’s business or leisure purposes, I never have any issues. Friendly, polite, clean! - AC works all the time! 🙏

Location is great for the NEC, but the parking situation is abysmal and stressful. You get 10 minutes outside to drop off your bags (which with kids and a few cases is literally impossible to check in and get bags upstairs) so I'm expecting an £80 fine any day now. Then you have to drive to a remote, unattended car park to leave the car overnight and pay £12 for the privilege. Then you need to walk 10 minutes back to the hotel along a quiet lakeside path. We weren't offered a cocktail/mocktail at check-in as advertised (we were a bit busy to be fair, but at another Moxy they offered for us to come get it later). The bar area was great though and the staff were all very friendly. Maybe if we'd been using the NEC the benefits would've outweighed the drawbacks.

Would be nice if the breakfast was warmer. The light at the front of the room near the door did not work.

Really lovely stay. Room was very clean. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, were patient with me too which is always so appreciated.

Lovely hotel in a convenient position with good breakfast. Car park by is a 10min walk from hotel and our room was for 3 but we had to ask for coffee etc as if was only done for 2 people.

Loved everything about this hotel, from the convenience of the location, short walk from NEC, bp Pulse arena and also Airport and Train Station, to the Hotel itself. Loved the overal relaxed feel, the decor, the room (which was compact but had everything we needed) to the food and excellent friendly service from everyone. A new word has entered my vocabulary and future hotels I stay in may now be accused of not being Moxy enough! 🙄

Location to the NEC is excellent (2 minutes walk to the entrance). Hotel reception area is just chaos, probably because it's in the bar area. Rethink on the layout desperately needed. Room was clean, but a lot smaller than I'd hoped for considering the £200 a night price tag. So small that the designers seem to opt for a trendy hanging pole for clothes and pointless hooks on a metal wall trellis rather than providing any practical wardrobe or storage space. Certainly couldn't fit a wardrobe or drawers in there anyway. The shower room was clean and quite contemporary but incredibly cramped. The cheap mattress was a good size, but uncomfortable. The TV wouldn't work either and wouldn't tune so not sure what was wrong there. So in all, disappointed considering the reviews. Really poor value for money and certainly wouldn't stay again.
