Perfect for our day at HOYS. Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel.

Building work on the roof happening during the night and not the day, even on floor two this was heard I dread to think about those higher up. No Individual way to warm the room up. Stayed 5 nights and bed sheets not changed once. But still a nice hotel just overpriced for the service provided.

Close to nec halls

All the staff were super friendly. Rooms were comfortable, small bathroom as with all Moxys but everything you need was there. The only one thing that wasn't so great was the tiny gym. It's pretty much full if 2-3 people are using it but apart from that everything was great.

Returning visit to this hotel, good comfy, clean hotel. Stayed 2 nights, on second night never got my tea/ milk replenished or tissues in the tissue box empty! These things matter! For that reason I reduced a star

Super Staff, sehr sauber und gute Lage

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the NEC, having stayed at nearby hotels previously & noticing how close the MOXY is. Fun, funky, quirky entrance area, leading to welcoming staff who checked us in. Minor issue over having us pay for the room again, when it was paid on booking - but that was refunded a short time later. We had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar - plenty of choice of beer / lager, spirits and cocktails, standard "hotel" prices (£6 pint, £8/10 cocktail) Room was clean, spacious with good aircon - essential this weekend gone! Bathroom is tiny, barely enough space to turn around when using the sink, but would rather the room space! Parking is a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel, which I feel could be a pain if raining / cold weather, but remember to get your parking validated in the lobby! Would definitely stay again

Great hotel!! Great staff! Very friendly!! Would recommend a mini fridge and small microwave for stays longer than a few days for leftovers and to keep drinks cold

Friendly staff, clean, nice atmosphere.

A very nice hotel. Good location, handy for the NEC - depending on which hall, we still had a long walk through the NEC building. The hotel has a boutique feel while still part of a larger chain so quality assured as expected. Very quiet and clean. There was a fresh new feel to the room & corridors.The only downside was the size of the room. It was very compact with the smallest bathroom I've ever seen at this rating/price point. Parking was a bit of an issue, a short walk as advertised but feels a lot longer when carrying bags so don't underestimate the 10 minute walk. If I stayed again, I'd use the bag drop option. Overall, it was a nice stay but for the price paid, I think I might opt for something less niche.
