The hotel was perfectly located by the NEC. Staff were friendly & efficient

Good choice of breakfast, good shower pressure, clean and helpful staff

Tidy room, spacious for one so I would imagine pretty decent for two. Working aircon which was a blessing during the heatwave. Very kind staff helped me with early check-in, and holding luggage before and after the stay. Easy walk to the Metropole for a convention and Resorts World for amenities.

Great hotel, staff couldn’t do enough

Ideal location for the NEC, resorts world and the NEC Arena. Car park is a fair walk away but there is a bag drop facility to make things easier. Blessed with the usual relaxed Moxy charm.

Hotel location was ideal, my room was great and the Staff were polite and attentive

Lovely staff, room lovely and clean. Couldn't hear any planes, very well insulated. Food great.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of diffent options. A bit disappointed that there werent soft drinks available on tap only in bottles or cans and they were a bit pricey at £2.75 for a small 200ml bottle of Pepsi. Limited choice of menu for evening meal and again a bit pricey but very nice. The rooms were excellent, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were fabulous and very polite and friendly!

The staff were so kind - reception team never at around 0830 on my check in day with short dark hair and glasses checked me in. I had to ask for a early check in because I came for an exam and he was so attentive and arranged for a room to be cleaned and also treated me to some treats in the room to cheer me up and wish me good luck. This really made my whole experience of this trip so much better and I was so grateful for the empathy and kindness. The hotel itself was clean. Nice view of the lake. Comfortable beds. Good amenities in room. Continental varied breakfast. Overall excellent experience

Excellent location close to BP Pulse and good surroundings. Rooms were very clean, modern and cozy. Loved our stay!

The car park is far from the hotel and no bus service either. Parking was £15. The breakfast price is too high. £16.50 person. They were not enough hash browns. Always finished when went a few times. Room was good but the hand soap bottle was not working and soap and shampoo bottles too high up for shorter people.
