Room lovely!! Good location, car park opposite hotel. Breakfast was nice but be early as they ran out quickly and nothing left at 10am. Loved the bar and cocktails. Beds comfy. Would book again!

The staff were really friendly and informative. On arrival we were offered a welcome cocktail and advised on breakfast, checkout times and other key information. The lobby was inviting and the building was very warm. The breakfast was suitable for those with dietary requirements, offering soya products and gluten free options. I would reccomend moxy to anyone as they really focus on the finer details. The only thing I could suggest to improve the rooms was there was not a set of drawers or shevlving to store clothes.

Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Moxy, Bristol. Family room was large, well laid out and super comfortable. Staff were lovely and highly efficient. Location was excellent. Have kept one start back as the breakfast was haphazard, witt very little left at 9.30 am. Other than that, first rate

Staff were super polite, offered a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. Very welcoming, explained how to go to the room etc and explained the amenities. Bed was comfy, room was clean, only issue was no bags in the bins and had an issue getting in the front door at night. Parking was in Cabot Circus and you get it discounted as a guest, £14 for 24 hours in a city centre isn’t bad at all.

Staff were great the lady waved the £30 holding fee. The only negative I had with the room was the light flashing above the bed (smoke alarm) which was green so in the night was difficult for me to sleep upright with a green flashing light. Also the tv and pairing Netflix from my phone would not work. The room was spotless liked the feature of the bed lights underneath lighting up when u get up to go to the toilet. One of the cleanest spotless hotels I have ever stayed in.

We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times and really enjoy the fact that it is quite quirky. Staff are always on point, the rooms and shared spaces very comfortable and the food/drink also very good, all for a reasonable price

Great Hotel, lovely stay, great staff.. breakfast quality not to same standard as overall hotel experience. Only real negative was having to park on the opposite side of a busy motorway junction with no protection against weather between hotel and car park.

Faulty fire alarm system was set off at 04.30am & continued to sound every 30 - 40 mins after initial sounding. Checked out early to avoid hearing the alarm. I require a refund as this is no way what you should experience at the Moxy. Very very disappointed to say the least.

What a beautiful quirky hotel. The rooms were minimal clean and fresh had everything needed. Bar was lovely but new staff were left to do the cocktails alone , didn’t have half the alcohol needed for them. The new staff member was left apologising to me 3 times and I was left 20 minutes waiting not so good fo me or new team member. Breakfast had everything including alternative so great for everyone. Lifts make sure you tap your room key inside then floor. Will definitely stay again great stay.

The room was clean & tidy and ready when we arrived. The room however was far too warm, the solution, open a window which then means you are unable to sleep due to noise from the surrounding area, road and deliveries. The 4am fire alarm also did not help which was neither explained nor apologised for! Staff generally were friendly & helpful.

The only thing that split our night sleep was the fire alarm went off . It was a false alarm but once woken could not get back to sleep . Which spoilt our stay.
