Fantastic guest house. Staff really pleasant and helpful when needed. In a great location straight opposite the beach. We stayed in sea view room, didn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend and will look forward to a revisit, even just to pop into the pantry again ;-)

Beautiful and aesthetic boutique hotel. Beach views and beautiful terrace to sit and work in the afternoons with a coffee or drink. Stones throw to the beach. Loved the pantry with snacks available to guests. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and attention to detail. Attentive, lowkey staffing. The comfiest bed and lovely linens, with powerful aircon. I have no notes! Would absolutely stay here again. Food was great, too. Pricey but absolutely worth it.

We stayed in a beautiful room with a sea view which was nothing but perfection. Clean, light, airy and the view onto the old pier is stunning.
The staff at the hotel are engaging and professional and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is exactly how you want it.
The cocktails in the hotel bar are delicious and they were happy for us to go off menu and make us our favourite drinks. The bar its self is cosy and has a relaxing atmosphere.

I stayed in the Hideout suite the night before my wedding. It didn't disappoint, absolutely stunning. So airy, bright and furnished to a very high standard. My room had a hot tub included and what made it amazing it was outside but you think you was outside. You can see the sea perfectly too. My sleep was amazing because the bed and linen was so soft and comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud perfect.
The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you, nothing was an issue or a problem. Amazing
We even had dinner there at The Pearly Cow. Staff are on point and very nice, the meals are amazing full of flavour and different plates to choose from. We had a mixture of different ones like a tapas. It was busy but the atmosphere is great. We did have a power cut for about 15 mins, but wasn't a problem everyone just chatted to each other across tables.
Check in and out was great no problems very straight forward.
Placed right on the sea front with parking round the corner. Its perfect, i really enjoyed my stay here and made the start of my wedding day unforgettable.
Highly recommend staying here, I will be booking again very soon. 5 star plus and more.

Lovely staff throughout the property! I was able to check in early after a long journey on a very hot day, which was greatly appreciated. Amenities are stellar, I will definitely be back and book in to the spa next time!

Firmly one of my favourite spots to say in Brighton. From the staff, to the decor, the vibe and the beautiful rooms. You never leave feeling anything but happy. It's got a wonderful feel to it and the staff are excellent. Always my go to when I have to stay over for work. Highly recommend. And cocktails and food are a bit special too!

Stayed in an upgraded room with a stunning bay window overlooking the sea and the old Brighton pier — absolutely worth it. The room itself was beautifully designed with gorgeous interiors, great décor, and a curated selection of books. The 24/7 pick & mix sweet station was a brilliant touch. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were genuinely warm and friendly, and the product quality throughout was exceptional. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
