We stayed in a large room with a sea view, it didn’t disappoint! The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation. We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu. I will definitely be coming back for another stay at this hotel and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxed hotel stay with a boutique feel.

I booked the sea view room for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was incredible. The whole hotel is so so beautiful, chic and well designed. The staff are amazing both front of house and spa. We have left feeling very relaxed and will definitely look at staying in some of the other locations!

The view from the room was amazing, the room was spotless! My only negative was the limited bar menu & breakfast wasn’t very well organised.

Pros: super stylish interior, very nice staff, streaming options, fantastic view (seaview) Cons: quite loud bc of traffic (main road in front of the hotel), bit pricey for what you get, no sauna in the spa

We booked last minute and it was our first time visiting and we were welcomed immediately by friendly staff as we walked through the door. Our room was lovely and the pantry of sweets was a really nice touch!

Stunning place to stay. We stayed in room 30 on the 4th floor and the view was amazing. Very comfortable bed, chairs by the window to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was lovely too. Wonderful stay, would stay again!

We had the most wonderful stay at No.124. We booked a short stay for the day after our wedding and wanted somewhere special...it certainly delivered. Our room was immaculate, stunning and so comfortable. Everything was done to a high standard and the little touches like the record player and newspaper just elevated our experience. We booked a sea view room and it was breathtaking. The room had large, angled windows so you could see right down the seafront on both sides. Despite being on a busy road, the room was peaceful and we both slept soundly. The rest of the hotel is just as beautiful, with a warm, cosy atmosphere while still being stylish and modern. A huge bonus is the complimentary pantry! We thoroughly enjoyed picking out some treats to enjoy in our room at the end of a busy day. All the staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. They are all a credit to the hotel and make it a lovely place to stay.

We have stayed at some of the other guesthouse hotels, which have all been excellent. I am pleased to say this hotel continues this trend. The hotel staff were exceptional and made us feel welcomed. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
