客室はきれいで環境もよかったです。すぐにカードキーが反応しなくなることがデメリットなくらいでしょうか。

スタッフの対応が良かった。

3機あるエレベーターのうち2機が故障しており、人の流れに大きな問題が対処されずに残っていた。 洗面台や湯船の排水が非常に悪く、すぐに詰まる。また修理ができない様子。フィットネスジムが24時間利用できない。 一方で十分な清潔さはあり、睡眠環境は十分に確保されていた。

London/Readingの駅から徒歩10分未満 お部屋が広くて、のんびり過ごせました。 少し歩けば、商店の並ぶ街並みやショッピングモールに 近く、とても便利です。

I have stayed more than 20 hotels in UK, but this hotel is the best so far. Room is big enough, pool and gym are good and clean, service and breakfast are also fine. Location is perfect. Hope it becomes cheaper on weekdays, so that I can stay here within my tight budget.

レディング駅から徒歩ですぐ。ホテルの雰囲気も落ち着いていて、朝食もかなりの充実ぶり。そして、何よりもフロントにとても親切な日本人の方がいらっしゃるというのが心強い。レディングに来たら、ここのホテルで決まりでしょう！

Located convenient and close to Reading station. Room was good enough.

This is our go to hotel when travelling to Reading. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, excellent breakfast, pool, sauna. Its location is a short walk to the town centre and the Oracle shopping area and canal side restaurants. The train station is also a short walk to take you into London, Windsor, Oxford or any other places to visit

The room is clean and spacious. Excellent location at the centre of Reading, close to the main street and railway station. All of these are just 5-min walk

The Executive Room was very roomy and spacious. The room was also clean. Parking at the hotel was very pricey and tight.

Very nice hotel. Only issue was no shampoo in bottle. Most enjoyable.

Novotel Reading is our go to hotel when staying in Reading - this was our 4th stay this year alone. Reception friendly and professional as always. Requested room at back of hotel away from Friar Street and given room 903. Smaller room than we usually have, but fine for one night. Once again couldnt get the bath to switch from shower to fill the bath - same problem as previous stay in room 1016. Staff came up to see if could be solved but couldnt - frustrating. Carpets and curtains in room very shabby and no bathrobes or bottled water as usually have. Bed comfy but room very warm even with window open and fan on. Pool lovely as always. Breakfast good choice once again. Already have a booking for next year.

Looked a little tired.

The only reason for the lower rating was the noise from the bars and disco below. Kept us up until very late. It would be much better if they had some sort of noise blocking barrier or at least a warning. We left exhausted. Otherwise the hotel was clean and nice.
