good location to the beach !

Very comfortable room and really kind staffs.

Great location, close to everything, clean but basic room

We always stay at park central when we visit Bournemouth, friendly staff and very helpfull, clean and tidy room, great breakfast. Very central to all amenities and would recommend.

Very good value

I needed a quick break just before Christmas in Bournemouth. This place looks out on the pier and the big wheel. It backs onto the Square. It’s near the BIC. My room was a double with en suite. Sometimes that’s a bed you can barely squeeze around and a bathroom where you feel like you’re in a cupboard. This was spacious. The shower was average (not a big fan of standing in a bath behind a curtain) but it was fine. The carpets and decor say “utility” rather than “nice”. But it’s a bedroom. It’s dark most of the time you need it. Breakfast was included. It felt a bit like my Nan was cooking it (a bit average), but it filled the gap.

Only issue, The room i booked online didn't look anything like the one i was given. Having said that, Can't really complain, The prices was good really.

Room was lovely and spotless. Breakfast was good, came out quickly however it was cold and not hot, the night receptionist was lovely and accomodating

If you’re looking for something with character, this is the Hotel for you book a king room with a view across to the pier and the water. The rooms are very spacious… and breakfast was included. It was an excellent breakfast. Order off the menu plus Continental selections as well. I would like to take the time to thank AJ he made my stay fantastic, really friendly and took the time to have a chat with you. Also, I would love to highlight that I left my passport and credit card in one of the drawers, I spoke with AJ before leaving letting him know where I was heading in Torquay. He rang ahead and left a message for me and secured my passport and credit card. I can’t thank him enough for being so caring and understanding. Highly recommend you stay here.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. We had asked if all 4 rooms could be ready before 3 as we had an event to attend, and were told they would try to get at least 1 done. As it turns out all 4 were ready which was great. Room were comfy with good amenities

Lovely clean room. Great sea view. Excellent staff

Dinner was excellent, both food and service. Bed was comfortable and everywhere was clean. The only thing that let it down a little was a very ordinary continental breakfast, with cereal packets, choice of onlygrapefruit and prunes for fruit and only croissant and toast offered.
