便利なロケーションです 部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせました ただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港 ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でした また建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました 土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めます あとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました

Noise from restaurant vent against bedroom wall, terrible mattress that did not have mattress protector on it ( not hygienic).

Nice location with an NCP car park not too far away. Easy to get a taxi to bars and nightlife.

Really surprised at the size of the apartment. It was 2 bed and 2 bathrooms. Very clean and welcoming with great instructions on checking in and out.

Check-in was a mess. We arrived at 3:00 PM as instructed, and the keypad wouldn’t open. When we called, we were told they were “running behind” and someone would bring the key shortly. After 15 minutes with no update, we called the emergency line—no answer. When we finally reached someone again, we politely asked for an ETA, and she hung up on us after saying they were “doing their best.” After that, every call went straight to voicemail. Completely unprofessional and not how the service industry should operate. The communal areas were not clean, though the apartment itself was fine. The flooring is coming up in multiple places. They also claim there’s reception at the neighbouring Quarters House - there isn’t. Overall, very poor service and misleading information.

Great overall

Location was good if you like being surrounded by generic high street stores, chain restaurants, and a sizeable homeless population. The apartment was clean and functional if a little rough around the edges; wall-mounted soap dispenser empty, broken pedal bin, Nespresso machine (no pods provided) sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. We didn't use any of the other amenities, but fridge, cooker, microwave, oven etc all looked clean. Noise was an issue though. It felt as though the entire apartment block was dedicated to short term stays for teenagers visiting Bristol to party, with shouting, laughing, and slamming doors well into the early hours. A conventional hotel might be designed for this, but the apartment we stayed in for two nights was sorely lacking in acoustic insulation. An average experience overall and not terrible value for money, but I don't think we'll be back.

The property was in a great location but above a busy area with restaurants and outside bar area so very noisy in the evening and in one bedroom and living area, the other bedroom had all the ventilation shafts for the restaurants outside so there was constant noise all night from them. Check in was really bad. 4 buildings all close by with should be labelled clearer. We got sent an email which didn’t come through until we were in the flat so only had a screen shot of basic instructions sent on WhatsApp, a map of the area with our building marked and better instructions (the same as the email) would have been far better.

Excellent suite in Bristol city centre. In the middle of shops and amenities yet quiet and spacious. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Difficult to fault the facility and the service from helpful staff online. Recommended.

Stay was fine, but could have been much better with a better eye for details. E.g. none of the communications give you an address for the property, the best you get is between shop A and shop B (with shop A actually being out of business). The property is nice and roomy but also in need to a number of repairs. The paintwork could be brighter, the stains on the sofa could be cleaned and the bathrooms could use some artwork. Great to have a washing machine.

The actual apartment was great but the communication was terrible. Confusing messages from different directions about checking in and deposits .. if only they could get this right I would definitely stay again.

Nice place. The instructions to enter the property are poor and there is no luggage store as listed. This is rental property, not with the amenities you expect. If you can arrive at the specific times the pace is open and understand this place is over multiple sites across the city, you will be fine. I want to turn up and things to be easy. This wasn’t and I would recommend staying for over 1 or 2 nights. Nice place. This feels like a long term rental converted to short term. I wouldn’t stay again.

Was massive space we loved it.like a home from home

Easy check in, very clean, spacious, everything you need. Decor a bit tired, dented bins, kitchen cabinets a bit wonky etc, but for the price and location I’d definitely stay again.
