This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.

Overall is clean and tidy, kitchen had all the things I needed.

The staff is rude. The instruction to the hotel is not clear. The Apartment is clean but the lighting is not enough in the living room. Good location

這所公寓非常乾淨，住上四人也非常寬敞，這次我及太太及一名女兒住了５晚,附近購物方便，食肆很多，廚房設備完善，我個人認為這是不錯的乩擇，或有改善之處主要有4方面: (1)我在下午9時30分後才乘計程車到達,司機下車後,單憑 post code BS1 3DF找不到這所公寓在哪裡,要向保安員問路,弄了20分鐘才知是哪一幢大廈,當時天溫約是攝氏13度,我在街上籌謀時頗冷,太太及女兒待在車上等我，幸好司機十分好人，與我在街上一起尋找。我認為公寓對第一次到達的住客,在網上預先提供如何找到這公寓的資料不足; (2)有重量級行李的住客,要運行李步行上三樓很是吃力,公寓就這點沒有在網上預先說清楚; (3)洗碗碟機只有注水,沒有洗碗液出,洗完碗碟等於只用水沖過; (4)公寓或要提供簡單的單張指示如何運作洗衣機,洗碗碟機,焗爐。

When we arrived at the location we weren’t sent to recieve our keys and pay for the property we found that the reception was closed. After several attempts they finally answered the phone and told us to walk 15 minutes to another location to receive the keys, once we got to this location we were then sent to another location. After around 1 hour of carrying heavy bags around in hot weather and changing locations several times we got into the apartment to find that there was no hot water, the thermostat didn’t work, we had 1 towel between two of us, plug sockets were underneath the bed which was unreachable, lamps did not work, smart tv didn’t work as intended, wifi didn’t work well. No communication from hotel regarding these issues, had to contact hotel.com who out of a good will gesture provided compensation because they also couldn’t get through to the hotel. Shower handle kept falling off and wouldn’t turn to alter shower pressure. Horrific hotel would never stay again, don’t waste your money or time!!! I wouldn’t even be paid to stay here again it was that bad, it’s also not part of Cabot circus. We also contacted them in regard to parking because they had off road parking for guests at a fee and we had no response so we had to pay more money for parking for our stay.

The apartment was exceptional and so was the location

Very spacious, clean apartment in the heart of Bristol's shopping district. I was concerned that it might be very noisy but actually was pleasantly surprised to have a very good night's sleep. The apartment is furnished to a high spec with lots of crockery, pots/pans and utensils to use. Very clean and easy process for check-in/check-out. Would highly recommend.

Great central location and very easy check-in and good preice. Good sized apartment and it was clean internally which is the key thing. However the apartment is a little run down especially externally and in communal areas and doesnt feel as premium as I would have expected.

Brilliant location and well equipt

Nice and spacious, park at Cabot NOT Broadmead as it’s a crime hotspot!

Great place , but don’t rely on GPS to get you there. There were four locations all close by, but a little hard to find. Once settled in, everything was fine. Convenient to local groceries and restaurants.

Good location and loved it had a little kitchen but odd things like no hot water for shower, no pods for coffee machine and immensely creaky wooden floors which can’t be good for the people below. Overall good but few things could be improved

Noise from restaurant vent against bedroom wall, terrible mattress that did not have mattress protector on it ( not hygienic).

Nice location with an NCP car park not too far away. Easy to get a taxi to bars and nightlife.

Really surprised at the size of the apartment. It was 2 bed and 2 bathrooms. Very clean and welcoming with great instructions on checking in and out.
