As far as you travel by a car, this is an ideal place to stay. This is located in a servies are of M25 and A1m and conveniently located. Some restraurants and mini supermakert are located so close (1 min walk).

very conviniently located as a motor tourist. a minute from junction of M25 and A1. Super market and some chain restaurants are just next door. A very friendly and kind receptionist welcomed me after a long trip.

Easy to find, plenty of free parking and a convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom and bathroom clean and comfortable.

Room needed a good clean. Was thick with dust behind the single bed, hairs on the tiles in the bathroom.

Staff were great. People in the room above kept walking around i didn't understand why eventually got to sleep after 1am

It’s good location just off the motorway and convenient.

Property dont have breakfast bar, but overall It's nice and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here with friends visiting for the darts at Ally Pally. Clean warm comfy rooms and a friendly staff happy to serve beverages to strangers dressed as bonnie prince charlie. See you jimmy!.

A cheap stay but the room felt very tired and the hotel in general in need of some renovation.

Bed mattress was too sort felt like sleeping on the bed base. Tiles in the bathroom was broken. Toilet seat was discoloured and taps full of scale

Room was immaculate, and staff very friendly and helpful, and most importantly,very polite!!

The breakfast menu was limited no egg and a long queue

La chambre était correcte, sans plus. Le personnel était avenant. Seul problème : le petit déjeuner du matin (obligation d'un breakfast anglais à prendre dans un établissement voisin, avec haricots, œuf et saucisse ! Impossibilité d'avoir un café + lait + pain + beurre + confiture ... Inadmissible !)

I didn’t enjoy my stay Partly through Expedia , partly through Ramada and partly through other guests Expedia . You pay for a room on a motorway services , when you get there Ramada charge extra for parking , but how else can you get there ? No where in Expedia does it say it’s extra ( and if I’d paid Ramada direct it is included) This is very poor almost scheming and completely misleading , I had to pay but the receptionist wouldn’t give me a receipt The room The television keeps pixelating , the bathroom outer handle broken The bathroom inner handle broken Left hand windows handle broken Open the right hand window there’s rubbish on the grass including empty viagra tablets The hotel has no control of the guests , people were running around in the hotel and the lift was going all night This is a Ramada hotel , a chain that should have strong corporate values unfortunately it was more like a Brittania hotel I Didn’t stay any longer than I had and I left early Wouldn’t return Will try and get a refund
