Was worried about staying here after reading the reviews. However, it was fine. The only issue I can't confirm is whether there is hot water in the morning. I didn't use the shower so no idea. And the couch in the photos was missing from the room. Didn't really need it so no big deal. The staff was courteous and the service area next door is handy if you need a bite to eat any time of night. The bed is super firm so it'll be uncomfortable if you don't like that style of mattress. The heating worked great. Parking was easy. Just park anywhere and give them your plate number at reception. Didn't try the fan. All in all, would stay again. Good value for money.

I was met at check in by Umer, who couldn't have been more helpful. He ensured that everything was perfect. The room was quiet and very clean. The added bonus of the reserve behind the hotel for a walk after work made the stay even better. Parking was easy and Umer ensured that my car was registered for the entirety of the stay. Breakfast was served at the nearby service station, two minute walk, and was really nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here with friends visiting for the darts at Ally Pally. Clean warm comfy rooms and a friendly staff happy to serve beverages to strangers dressed as bonnie prince charlie. See you jimmy!.

Easy check in/out. Was quiet in the hotel which was good. Room had a musky smell. Found hairs in the bedding. Breakfast was served by one of the M25 services stalls, which was ok, but would've preferred a buffet for more choice rather than just a full English.

Room needed more attention when being cleaned, no free parking, WiFi or breakfast for guests, lift looks like it had seen better days and could fit 2 people max. No plugs by side of bed for charging devices. Pillow on bed very thin.

Pity you can’t check details else you would see I did not stay there as I got a phone call to say there was a problem with the hotel and they would have to move me to another hotel 30 minutes away as it was a busy weekend with football at Wembley they did say I would get a 50% discount as a good will but as yet not hear anything about a refund

The Police arrested a man and handcuffed him and my Daughter saw this as the commotion banged against our door at 21:00. The fan oin the room had the electric elements exposed as it was broken and took ages to get it replaced. the finish of the mirror was hanging off and there was an iron burn mark in the carpet. Dust blowing off the fan. A disgrace.

Sent the same enquiry three times before arrival - no response. Arrived exhausted at 1am. Given a room key that didn't work. Returned to lobby for replacement plus spare. Back up to the room only to find neither worked and could hear people in the room walking up. Back down a third time to be given a shabby room on its last legs. All in all a bit of a dump. Not recommended at all.

Nice place, reasonably priced, at the M25 South Mimms services, no complaints. Please note that this place does not have a restaurant and if you pre pay for breakfast you are given a voucher to go into the main services to a place called "The Good Breakfast" which is not bad but not very good value for money compared to breakfast at the other hotel at the services area.

Room was ok, very basic; didn’t arrive till almost 8pm, window was left open making the room freezing cold. Didn’t warm up at all during our stay even with the heating on high. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was enough to rest before driving again in the morning. Staff at the reception were happy and approachable.

Please note that this place does not have a restaurant and if you pre pay for breakfast you are given a voucher to go into the main services to a place called "The Good Breakfast" which is not bad but not very good value for money compared to breakfast at the other hotel at the services area.

Room was ok, very basic; didn’t arrive till almost 8pm, window was left open making the room freezing cold. Didn’t warm up at all during our stay even with the heating on high. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was enough to rest before driving again in the morning. Staff at the reception were happy and approachable.
