船内をイメージしたホテルで、ロフト付きの部屋に子供たちは大喜びでした。初めてアーパートメントホテルを体験しましたが、ホテル内も綺麗で、周辺にはレストランやパブも何軒かあり、ご飯にも困りませんでした。

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the train station and cruise terminal. We walked to a great Italian restaurant and Old Town. The loft room was perfect for our family.

Sadly this visit wasn’t as good as the last one. Couldn’t get into the room until a good hour after it was supposed to be ready. Then weren’t made to feel particularly welcome when my daughter sat in their lounge area to eat a cake she’d bought on the way (we weren’t in a restaurant?). Then the room had a sewage smell in the bathroom. But 3 of the staff we interacted with were excellent, just not consistent across the team. Two of them clearly didn’t want to be there or weren’t paying attention. It was hard to tell.

Outstanding and friendly staff! Great location in Southampton with easy access to restaurants and waterfront!
Mimmy’s cafe was a plus for morning coffee and breakfast and also great happy hour! Most highly recommended and would definitely stay there again!

Difficult to really critic this location as it was under construction. They offered free pastries and water at the entrance which was a nice touch. The breakfast bags had to be preordered so did not try that. Spent two nights and it was lovely.

Very large comfortable room with kitchen facilities. Very clean everywhere. The Winnie’s cafe was a real bonus. A very relaxing space and a great breakfast choice. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended. Only ten minutes walk to the Ocean Cruise Terminal too.

The room is big and cosy. All little things have been thought of. We have a good sleep and the beds are comfortable.
Also walking distance to the town centre and restaurants. The park next to it is a plus.

Great place to stay if you have a cruise trip - you can walk over to the cruise terminal. We had a room with a separate loft bed. The room also had full cooking facilities.

The hotel was nice and to have a full kitchen was very good for stay with kids. My only and sad complaint is about the cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned - dirty floor, next day after checking I left the room to be cleaned as the floor was so so dirty, very easily to see the dust that I still can’t believe it wasn’t cleaned!! but they didn’t clean the floor and the table. They just made a bed a cleaned the bathroom. I had a baby walking around- it was very bad.

Online check in was annoying as after completing it said would get email explaining where to get key! Finally after contacting property they had a reception so it was wrong!
Had major issue with no cold water in shower-choice was boiling or steam.. Housekeeping advised it was a known issue, I learnt through burnt hands and no shower. Was given a free coffee as apology.

This property is very welcoming and clean . The room had a very comfy bed and the views of the park were great. Would definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly and helpful.
