総合評価とレビュー room2 Southampton Hometel

船内をイメージしたホテルで、ロフト付きの部屋に子供たちは大喜びでした。初めてアーパートメントホテルを体験しましたが、ホテル内も綺麗で、周辺にはレストランやパブも何軒かあり、ご飯にも困りませんでした。

新しいホテルで場所もよく、部屋も広くて良かった。シャワーの水圧が低いことだけが気になった。

The hotel and staff were excellent. Especially Grace who was amazing. The hotel felt like it was run by friends and family. The room was cosy and really homely. We will definitely be returning soon.

Room smelt and the floor was dirty and sticky, your feet literally stuck to the floor like it had been mopped with pva glue and dirty water… pretty gross, didn’t want to walk without shoes in the room. The kids mezzanine bed had a death ladder to reach it, not suitable for anyone under age of 6, cafe was shut for renovation so had ‘breakfast in a bag’ for £9 each person which was a pastry, coco pops, little apple and orange juice, bit crap.

It was nice to experience this type of boutique hotel away from the mainstream franchise hotels. It was personable, friendly and relaxing.

Cute little boutique style hotel, only issue we had was the elevators, got stuck in it multiple times, took stairs afterwards as it was definitely a bit dodgy. Perfect location for someone going to the cruise lines, we walked it easily with bags, near the train station as well but would need to take a cab but only 6pds

Great place to stay

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was wonderful. Very close to the cruise port. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely space to stay, late check out is a nice surprise, the staff were so friendly and the room was clean and light and spacious. And in a perfect location for restaurants and city centre ! Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Hotel great just the staff let it down

Pro: Good communication, Fast check in and out, room a good size for families, having a small kitchen saved us a lot of time and money. Cool decor. Good heating and cooling. Parking was right by the front door. Very quiet. Lovely high ceilings, good blackout curtains. Good size TV. Comfy feather pillows. Cons: Very hard beds, no oven, not a lot in the kitchen to make meals, not enough bowls and mugs ect. Quite narrow and few car parking spaces. No food served in the evenings. Steps to the loft bed are very steep and not safe for children to use unsupervised

The place had a nice calming vibe and was well situated near the docks/city centre. The breakfast was delicious but paying for it in advance, it seemed like the same rate applied to children/adults but at the hotel there was a reduced rate for children. There were a few occasions where our orders were misunderstood, but aside from this the service was excellent. The loft room was very nice and we had a nice view out to sea. The master bed was nice and soft and the loft space bed was hard which worked for us. There were some minor noises from other rooms/plumbing especially in the loft space, but not enough to disturb our sleep. I never like paying extra for parking at a hotel but it was reasonably priced compared with other options. I would recommend the hotel, as it's very versatile for different kinds of trips and seemed pet friendly.

Property is convenient location. Checkin was smooth and pleasant. Other staff at service counter not very helpful when assistance requested. Room was clean and nice.

We enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to town and local shops/restaurants. Enjoyed being able to have facilities to make our own breakfast, although there is a restaurant downstairs. The shower was brilliant, water pressure was really good and the soaps provided were lovely. If we would niggle at anything it was the kettle took ages to boil, the loft bed light didn't work and the wall had some staining on it. But other than that a great night's sleep!

This is the greenest hotel we have been to. We saw green stuffs everywhere, green walls, large green recycle bins, homely and low key low carbon count and Kind of English style furniture. Plenty of organic foods at the Cafe. Certainly not Ritz but comfortable and Neat and Easy here. A perfect haven for people tired of exuberance.

Loved the room with the mezzanine - really spacious for the three of us. Staff were super friendly. Only negatives were expensive (and very cramped) parking and could have done with a thorough clean and linen change half way through. All in all though, great for what we needed and would definitely stay again.
