部屋の掃除とベットメイキングがしていなかった

It was easy and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was locked when we arrived, the whole building had a strong smell of Asian food, there was no soap in the bathroom. The room was cold. And now I’ve been fined for using the hotel car park and have to dispute it. Won’t be returning

Room was poor and smelt of cannabis, plug sockets net to a shower, would not choose to stay here again

Very noisy in other rooms and the window was left open to air the room which i understand but there were hundreds of flies so maybe a screen should be fitted.

Do not book a stay if you want a good nights rest. The toilet was dirty the room smelled musty and it was overall a bad experience. There wasn’t even hand soap to wash your hands.

Tasty food and good bed

Price is cheap n the room is soooo comfy

A nice nights stay

I could not stay here - the place was horrible - I pushed the stuck door open and not one person was around - not one. It was really sad - but unbelievably in horrible shape. I took some photos but they don't do justice to how bad it was. I am sorry to give such a bad review - a guy called me later but hung up on me when I said I don't expect a charge.

A nice to place to stay, rooms are basic but clean and a nice bed. The indian restaurant was very good

This “hotel” should be removed from all booking sites. The rooms are seriously in need of a refurbishment and the stair and landing carpets should be destroyed as they are so dirty. The public areas are also in dire need of a make over. All furniture is worn and dirty and the picnic benches in the outside area are worn and scratched.

Weve stayed in some undesirable hotels but this one tops them all . Dirty , dated and the slats on one of the beds fell off everytime you moved .

Stayed in room number 9. Apparently has been refurbished, but unfinished. The room smell so bad, the shower tray was blocked so I managed to shower and my husband couldn’t as the tray flooded and it looked disgusting. We could talk to someone about it as when we leave early in the morning there was no receptionist and when we get back 00:00 there was no one either. The mattress was really bad, no heating and a very thinly duvet… So it was definitely not worthy £97 for 2 nigths.

Very dirty. I will be discussing this venue with the environmental health department.
