I suppose you get what you paid for.

古き良きイギリスのマナーハウスのようなホテル。部屋も綺麗で、イングリッシュブレックファーストを堪能できます。 ただ車がないと不便なので、レンタカーをお勧めします。 後はシャワー。水圧なさすぎてシャワー浴びれず、お風呂に入ることになりました。

Excellent Staff

Room was small with no view, looking out onto an enclosed yard, but OK for the price paid and room was clean. Pillows had not been provided, but this was just an oversight and soon sorted by friendly staff. Unfortunately, no decaff coffee is provided in the rooms and when I checked with staff, they said it isn't available at all. This is disappointing and could easily be rectified. Plenty of free parking available. However, the worst thing is getting to the hotel and the lack of decent signage on the road. It is virtually non-existent and if travelling after dark and especially if not approaching from the airport direction, it is extremely difficult to find this hotel and very frustrating. It's set back from the road along a long drive and there is no sign at the entrance to this driveway, which is really needed as it is so easy to drive past on the dark country road. I guess a lot of people arrive by taxi, but if you're driving yourself - be warned!

GREAT VALUE VENUE

This is a very dated hotel. Probably one of the most unwelcoming hotels

The reception at the hotel was warm and friendly, the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure that two oldies had a room on the ground floor. The room was very clean and tidy and it was set up for disabled people, therefore it had a well appointed wet room, with emergency pull cord. There was also another emergency cord in the bed room which was pulled by accident, the response was zero, very poor if it had been a real emergency. The, 'bun fight' for seating in the restaurant on the first night was unbelievable. The quality of food was good despite a very limited choice. It also came as shock that the main restaurant was closed on Sunday night. What really let the place down was a general air of neglect, paint peeling, cigarette ends on the ground around the front reception. Having said all that we felt that it was very good value, and we would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast should extend to 10am. Also bar time to 11pm.

Really impressive entrance hall, bar and dining areas, nice country hall feel. Good sized room. Very nice breakfast and efficient staff. Great rural location.

The stay was alright, it was clean enough but there was no fan or air conditioning. The room was extremely hot, making it impossible to sleep. I ended up leaving just 4 hours after I checked-in , because it was simply too hot to stay. There was no window and no air at all. I was told there was no fan, so i left the hotel same day, I only been there for 4 hours.

Liked plentiful parking, check in easy room on ground floor. Clean, comfortable bed. Disliked N/A

Ok for the price. Staff ok but review was poor because of the work going on outside heavy drilling and cutting of an ac unit so couldn’t get any work done. Otherwise it was ok for one night.

This is a fantastic hotel to lodge in for several reasons. Besides the very good amenities they have, the staff there are very helpful and pleasant to talk with, especially Mabel, a manager there. Mabel's professionalism and willingness to help customers is quite exceptional 👌. I will be staying at this hotel regularly, as I work in the area every week! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The Hotel staff were very good, but the Hotel and Rooms are a bit tired. There was no day time refreshments either.
