It’s one of the most convenient hotels around Gatwick.

First. Directions to hotel poor. Could have been my fault, it was 11pm, long day. (But when you get off the north terminal train turn left and keep going. Very few signs). Check in excellent. Bar service so poor it was actually terrifying. 6 blokes, noone serving. American woman gave up and went into the service area to get attention. £12:for a single whisky, poured visibly short by about 1/5th. You owe me about £2.40. Very worst: horrible unemptied bin in the bathroom!!!!! Someone's nasty stuff and i am pretty sure there was a condom in there. When I mentioned it at checkout I got the millenial 'woopsy' response. AYFKM?

All you need when staying at an airport!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was in very good condition and clean.

Service non existent. Had to wait nearly an hour for drink and food, only half of what ordered turned up but you kindly added everything to the bill along with a service charge - which we got removed immediately. Air conditioning would not go below 21 so had a very hot uncomfortable night. Couldn’t wait to leave at 5am. If I wanted to stay at a premier inn I would have booked that. You should be ashamed to call yourself a sofitel

Food room

Great comfortable room with perfect location for an early morning flight. Easy check in and out. Bar staff very friendly and attentive. Will use again!

Easy check in with welcoming staff. Interior and exterior spotlessly clean. Good size room with all the extras you need including chilled water in a fridge and plenty of towels and toiletries. Food was delicious and served promptly in the restaurant The ideal relaxing stay to begin the holiday feeling one day early

Stayed here for an early flight from Gatwick. The hotel was easy to find and extremely convenient from the train. I got there early so I could use the gym facilities - very small but perfectly adequate and everything was working and kept clean. Choice of food was great - I’m a fussy vegetarian and was delighted with the menu choices (I rarely say this). Nice choice of beers and IPA’s available. Service was great. Really pleased with my stay here compared to others I have used at the airport - so pleased I have booked it again. Thank you

Convenient proximity to the airport for an early flight.

Great hotel, lovely room, good service.

Our stay was exceptional, and the location was highly convenient. We opted to reside in a suite on the second floor, which was consistently satisfactory. Additionally, we dined at the Asian restaurant, which offered an exquisite dining experience. I highly recommend the set menu.

Quiet, near to terminal and somewhere to eat available

Clean and tidy

We were only here for a brief stay before an early flight, and almost didn't want to leave. Friendly professional staff, chic room which was immaculately clean. Only con is that the aircon somewhat noisy but were able to turn it off so not really an issue when we were there. Highly recommend 👍

Conveniently located in the North Terminal @ Gatwick airport. Simply has to walk to the entrance. Room was clean, modern and well appointed.
