朝食が充実していました。 ベッドカバーが汚れていたのが残念でした。土足で上がった人の汚れがそのまま残っているようでした。

部屋は清潔で、エアコンはなかったが扇風機がありとても快適だった。レンタカー会社の場所がわからずに困っていたら、レセプションの方が一緒に探してくれて本当に助かった。スッタフはみんな優しくフレンドリーなホテルだった。

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful - carried case up to room and back down at the end of my stay. Breakfast staff very smily and service was speedy at breakfast time.

Parking was handy. Staff was very friendly ad helpful. Breakfast was nice, especially the Full English. Rooms were small.

It was a very clean well presented hotel and the staff were very friendly. Ideal for accessing the city centre and had good parking facilities. I'm only giving this an okay as the room was ridiculously hot even with the radiator turned off so I had to have the window open which was right next to the main exhaust vent of the kitchen which started up at 5:30am every day. So I did not have a restful sleep.

Good location for city and transport connections. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but very efficient. Breakfast staff particularly efficient and friendly. Free parking was a bonus.

Close to the city centre so perfect for location and good parking. Hotel was described with a bar, but no bar facilities. Staff friendly.

Room was absolutely tiny and didn’t really feel like a hotel - replacing blinds with curtains may have done the trick. However, the room was more or less clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast looked nice, although we only had a pastry, which was served warm, so that was nice.

Room was clean and purposeful. Linen and towels very tired they need attention although they were clean they did not meet expectations. Breakfast was adequate Parking was a real bonus. Our stay was great value for money

This hotel is alright for a one night stay. Close enough to walk to the city and has parking included. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Choice of TV channels was poor. Bathroom had brackets for toilet roll holder and soap dish but items were missing. Breakfast was included but it didn't start until 8am and we were told nothing would be available until about 815am. We had to leave at 8am so had to miss breakfast as there is no early provision. For one night it served its purpose.

Clean and functional room with nice decor and very modern feel. The room had all I needed, was well situated close to Exeter City Centre and the breakfast provided was also good.

It was convenient overnight stay and the staff and breakfast were very pleasant. The premises are well appointed. If there were shortcomings it's that the car park is very tight when it's busy, but at least there is free parking which is rare around here. The other is the bedroom dividing walls are tissue paper thin with no sound dampening so you can clearly hear every word of your neighbour's conversation and vice-versa (thankfully it just conversation!). But the poor chap rather did suffer from catarrh in the night, and because he suffered we all did! So in that respect... might as well have been in a dorm room not a £100 ensuite!

It was so cold in the room, the radiator was turned off, the towel rail in the bathroom was rusty and cold, the water in the shower was tepid. I asked at reception about the heating/water and the boiler was reluctantly turned on (I was told that it is turned off in the evenings), this meant that at 9.30pm I could turn on the radiator, but it only heated up to warm and it was too late and too cold to warm up the room. The water was still not hot. I finally got to sleep at 2am with a jumper on. The breakfast was disappointing. No fresh fruit (two slices of tinned grapefruit) a croissant that tasted as if it had come out of a supermarket multi pack, when you really want a flakey French pastry, and concentrated orange juice. The view from our room was a car park, right in front of the window, so you could not open the blinds. There was only the metal fittings from the loo roll holder in the bathroom, the toilet roll was on the floor. The carpet was dirty.

Clean room and dining area. Breakfast could have been more varied - more choice of cereal, some fruit. Parking plentiful.
