Ive stayed here many times no issues! Large car park, to the rear , freshly cooked breakfast each morning , they don’t do evening meals, so it’s either 10 minute walk to the pub one way or the other way is 20 minute walk into exeter for something to eat. Where there plenty of choice

We had a great stay at St Andrews Hotel. The property is well located to explore Exeter and the local area. It also has the bonus of parking. The room had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Room and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good.
But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.

Room was cleaned daily breakfast was great and they let us have it to go as we were contractors, parking isn’t ideal for a van but still had spaces would definitely recommend

Room was small but comfortable and well equipped. Very clean and even though at front of hotel facing onto main road, noise was limited. Staff were very helpful and provided milk and ice when both requested. Breakfast was continental or full English with plenty of options and staff open to requests to make something available before opening times. Plenty of parking and great location for walking into the city and very near to the Quayside.

Great hotel. Stayed here many times before always clean, good shower etc only downside is no evening meal. But plenty of dining options in Exeter itself.

Just as I wandered in for breakfast there had been a big rush of orders. The young lady found a brilliant table by the window, and then kept me updated on the progress of my English breakfast which was brilliant and I got given another pot of tea for the wait, which was lovely.

We stayed in the studio room, which was lovely and felt very luxurious.
It would have been good if the air conditioning had been explained as I'm not familiar with it and struggled the first night. The mattress topper rode up on one side causing some discomfort.
Overrall though an enjoyable stay, friendly staff and close to everything. Thank you

Did not like room as to small for a double and very noisy as room facing road , also very hot , bathroom had no ventilation .breakfast was half cooked as they were very busy so overall would not stay again in this hotel
