スタッフの方の対応がとても親切で丁寧でした。

Especially the strong points is location. The room which stayed was clean. At next stay in London I would like to choose this hotel.

仕事で4泊しました。価格と比較して綺麗さやルームクリーニングなどには満足しました。トットナムコートロード駅から近いのはありがたい。しかし朝食のメニューが毎朝寸分違わず同じメニューなのは何とかして欲しい。ホテルの冷蔵庫がワインセラーだったのは素晴らしい。 到着時朝8時ごろホテルの地下に行くと別のレストランがあって、そのエッグベネディクトは秀逸。でもコーヒーとエッグベネディクトで24ポンドは朝食とは思えない。 ホテルのフロントに行くのに階段が5段位あり、更に荷物を預けるのは階段の下のコンシェルジュというナンセンスな作り。重いラゲッジをチェックインの為に持って上がって、時間が早いから荷物を預けたいと伝えるとコンシェルジュに預けて下さい。って最初に言ってくれ。室内に靴べらがらないから、フロントに聞くとコンシェルジュに聞いてくれてと。コンシェルジュに聞くと、靴べらなんて無い。と

ホテルの改修中だったので工事の音がありました。夜は隣の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音がうるさかった。

I was able to spend a comfortable time

Not sure what extra was provided in a signature room as it was rather basic.

It was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly as a single traveler I had a wonderful stay

The location was perfect for our trip, but the room was pretty small and our tween bed's mattress were really uncomfortable. Just 1 or 2 nights are Ok.

Lovely stay rooms nice and clean and spacious

The hotel is in a great location. The room I had was small and grubby. I had to ask for assistance with a blocked drain and recurring problems with the air conditioning which wasn’t working properly and affected my sleep. The breakfast was disappointing with limited choice and difficulty finding a cup and cutlery when I visited.There are also no drawers in the rooms apart from hanging space your living out of your suitcase

As usual the lifts are the slowest in the world! Always having to wait for ages. No twin rooms available for my stay apparently. Bathrooms need a serious referb as do the corridors with the terrible red carpets. TV reception terrible and WiFi very slow

Staff were very friendly. We had to ask for extra pillows and there were still very flat. The fridge in our room leaked and there was water all over the floor.

First the positive: perfect location, close to everything and underground station. The room was ok but the walls were too thin so you could hear everything both from the hallway and when other guests in the other rooms flushed the toilet.The breakfast was a disappointment, unfortunately the scrambled eggs were not tasty, too much people and there were no clean glasses or forks. The elevators were underestimated and always busy. When checking out it took 15 minutes to get an elevator.

The room was very small, felt like a box room, not enough space to walk around. At night it was exceptionally noisy outside, so you couldn’t open the window and there was no air conditioning.

I booked a twin room for my husband & brother in law BUT there was only one single bed with a pull-out mattress bed underneath. They didn't get a good sleep unfortunately
