세인트 자일스 호텔 - 런던

방에서 냄새가나요. 그리고 너무 작아서 놀랐습니다. 최악이었던 부분은 인터넷 와이파이가 유럽에서 묵었던 호텔 중 제일 느렸어요. 도저히 업무를 볼 수 없었습니다.

영국특유의 건조한 서비스도 있지만 컨시지어 남자 직원분들 친절합니다. 체크인를 위해 데스크에 도달 하기까지 계단을 올라야하지만 큰 문제는 아닙니다. 아침 조식 괜찮습니다. G에 위치한 허드슨의 친절한 직원들과 fish and chips가 좋았습니다. 룸 배정때 계단이나 리프트 주변만 피한다면 가성비 숙소로 좋은곳입니다. 일부 벌레 이슈에 대한 인터넷 후기들을 발견하고 망설이는 사람들에게 이 호텔이 갖고 있는 최상의 위치를 생각하면 그깟 벌레에게 내 침대를 공유하는건 대수롭지 않은 일입니다. 어차피 우리들 집에도 벌레들은 존재하죠, 우리가 못 볼뿐. 나는 벌레를 보지 못했고 깨끗한 컨디션에서 일주일을 머물다 갑니다. 좋은 호텔입니다.

I really worried with the bad reviews especially mentioning the problem with the use of lift, I didn't realize much of inconvinience. For me it seemed a bit more than the normal level, only during the busiest time - check in/out time. The location is perfect for tourists also regarding the safety, as it is in the centre of the city and also being alongside of big street. Only what mattered for me was the dusts from towels and the room, cleaning condition needs more attention! Anyway staffs were also nice and I would recommend my friends for their staying.

적당한 가성비 숙소입니다 엄청 추천하는것도 아니고 추천안하는것도 아니고..

관광지의 숙소의 최우선순위는 역시 위치!! 방은 많이 작지만 잠만자는 숙소를 고른다면..이정도 위치의 이 정도 금액의 숙소는 없을 듯!!

The location is convenient. Shower was a challenge as shower screen did not prevent water for getting all over the floor. Area very loud.

Sijainti todella hyvä! Hotelli huoneen kunto hyvä, sängyt hieman epämukavat. Hotellin työntekijät todella ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia.

Très bien situé d'où mon choix mais mauvaise surprise sur la chambre . Literie en très mauvais état,chambre désuète et complètement démodé. L'insonorisation est inexistante et nos nuits ont été partagés avec les voisins et la rue. Je ne recommande pas du tout !!

Not sure what extra was provided in a signature room as it was rather basic.

It was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly as a single traveler I had a wonderful stay

The location was perfect for our trip, but the room was pretty small and our tween bed's mattress were really uncomfortable. Just 1 or 2 nights are Ok.

Lovely stay rooms nice and clean and spacious

The hotel is in a great location. The room I had was small and grubby. I had to ask for assistance with a blocked drain and recurring problems with the air conditioning which wasn’t working properly and affected my sleep. The breakfast was disappointing with limited choice and difficulty finding a cup and cutlery when I visited.There are also no drawers in the rooms apart from hanging space your living out of your suitcase

As usual the lifts are the slowest in the world! Always having to wait for ages. No twin rooms available for my stay apparently. Bathrooms need a serious referb as do the corridors with the terrible red carpets. TV reception terrible and WiFi very slow

Staff were very friendly. We had to ask for extra pillows and there were still very flat. The fridge in our room leaked and there was water all over the floor.

First the positive: perfect location, close to everything and underground station. The room was ok but the walls were too thin so you could hear everything both from the hallway and when other guests in the other rooms flushed the toilet.The breakfast was a disappointment, unfortunately the scrambled eggs were not tasty, too much people and there were no clean glasses or forks. The elevators were underestimated and always busy. When checking out it took 15 minutes to get an elevator.
