Hotel was excellent although a little tatty around the edges - scuffed paintwork, cobwebs etc. The bathroom would have benefited from a blind as there was a streetlight adjacent to the window.

ノッティンガム城のすぐ近くです。 駅から歩いて約15分、バスを利用してもバス停から8分ほど歩きます。 但し、駅からはずっと上り坂なので重い荷物を持っていると苦労します。 徒歩10分ほどで町の中心部に行けます。 部屋はとても広くてバスタブもあり、快適な滞在が出来ました。 レセプションスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋の清掃と行き届いていました。 唯一の難点は、Wi-Fiが不安定だったことです。 いつも別のホテルを利用していましたが、次回からはこちらを利用しようと思います。

Breakfast was good. White Company toiletries were a nice touch. You can see they are investing in upgrading the hotel, and in time the star rating could go up. I would stay there again.

On gaining entry to our room, went into the bathroom to find the bin still full of rubbish from the previous guests. This made us wonder how good a clean the room got. Didn’t listen when i gave my concern on how good a clean the room had or hadn’t got. Just apologised about the bin and got it emptied. The underground car park is only adequate for small cars, with a very tight turn on the ramp and very little room to manoeuvre to get back out, plus, reception direct you to the carpark by going the wrong way down a one way street, although only about 20m long.

I was in Nottingham for just 16 hours and so I needed a hotel centrally located and “decent” which is why I chose a chain and the Regency BW Signature sounded very posh, however whilst the room and towels etc were clean, the floor I was on was under renovation and my biggest frustration was the shower. It was broken and was not fit for purpose. Which for over £100 should be standard. I reported the issue on checkout but I was offered nothing other than an apology and that it would be fixed for the next guest.

Central location, very friendly staff. Accommodation is a bit basic but perfectly clean. No central heating in the rooms, just a noisy electric fan. Parking is a nightmare unless you have a small car. Good budget range hotel if that’s your market.
