イギリスの典型的なB&Bです。建物は多分古いのでしょうか、歩くと床がミシミシいいます。ただ、きちんと掃除されていますので問題ありません。全体的に女の子の部屋みたいな雰囲気ですし、スタッフも女性しか見ませんでした。トイレは共同で、シャワーブースが各部屋に付いています。セブンシスターズを見に行くためのバス停（NEW STEINE）がホテルを出てすぐにあります。事前に何時に到着するかメールで聞かれました。あまり遅いとレイトチェックインフィーが掛かるようでしたが、21時頃に到着する旨をメールで回答し、21時ちょっと前に到着したので、特に追加料金は掛かりませんでした。スタッフは気さくで、セブンシスターズに行く方法を教えてくれたり、写真を見せて少しおしゃべりをしたりと、なかなか良かったです。

Room was clean and comfy enough bed for the night when drunk, it’s quite different from the pictures and didn’t clearly state when booking check in was at 4pm and it’s said that there’s a beach viewing me and my partners room didn’t, also a lot of stairs to walk up as we were on the top floor also the hotel felt like it was very tilted especially the stairs! Didn’t get shown to our room and was made to carry our own bags upstairs even though dropping of luggage early! It seems more like a bed and breakfast just without the breakfast and checkout is really early at 11am overall not bad place to stay if your just needing a cheap ish place to stay for the night like me and my partner!

Staff were friendly, helpful. The shower kept filling up to my ankles, and it was finally fixed after several requests.

Was ok . Room on the roof . Shared bathroom and toilet . All Clean sometimes noisy at night .

It was alright..very close to the beach...

When I arrived at check-in I was told that I had turned up on the wrong day and that there were no rooms available. The person on reception checked the booking on their computer and said that I was a day early. I showed them my booking confirmation and proved that it was their mistake and then miraculously a room became available. The room itself was not too bad, the lock on the door was a little fiddly, and the room could have benefited from a few little touch ups with some paint here and there. The bed was comfortable, the shower was okay and the room was fairly quiet. The price was a little on the high side but that was probably because of the fact that the Women’s Rugby World Cup was being played in Brighton that weekend. The location was perfect for where I was going that night and I would probably consider staying there again.

Not luxury but was good for price. Nice view os sea from the bed even though its down a side road.. shops at the end of the road

Shower over the bath isn't good. Never saw staff. Very firm bed. Need more for tourists, such as maps. Wonderful that we could get in early to drop our luggage.

I liked the room as it was quiet and peaceful. It was within 1 min walk to Brighton Palace Pier and the beach. It is in perfect location. The staff are friendly and polite and the room was nice and clean. I liked the housekeeping as it provided new fresh towels and complimentary tea and coffee sachets, etc. There was no lift but overall I was happy with the booking. The booking was easy and it was easy to check out-no issues at all.

This was an okay hotel in a good location for what i needed. I got a room with a bathroom thank goodness because the communal ones looked miserable. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. The WiFi was bad and fluctuated between unusable and barely there. It got the job done though and it was cute.

The property was in the basement and they’re idiot they don’t let you know anything until you went there until all the room is on the basement and you can’t even breathe everywhere was mould

The room which I choose, given the option and price was absolutely perfect. The only thing I had an issue with was that in the shower cubicle there was body wash but no shampoo or conditioner. Would whole-heartedly stay here again.
