Lovely hotel. 15 minute walk from centre of Ludlow, but be warned you have to go up a fairly steep hill to get there. Also the roads are very dark in the evening, but they’re quiet and safe so you only need to make sure you have a torch.
Room very clean and bed comfortable. Views from windows were lovely. Breakfast really good. Only issue in the hotel was water pressure in the en suite was very low in the morning, probably when others were using their showers etc. while washing my hair the water dwindled to absolutely nothing, which wasn’t exactly convenient! Staff said they’ve never been told this before (we were in room 5) and checked the water pressure, even asking their plumber to look at it. All said it was fine, presumably when no one else was using their bathrooms. Well, I’m sorry but it wasn’t fine and it happened on 2 of the days we were in the room. Fortunately there was an alternative room, which they offered to us and we moved into. No problems in that room.
Otherwise a great stay.
