Breakfast was first class with a great variety

Just stayed a night, check-in was quick, room was nice and comfortable.

Tele didn’t work properly and was advertised as “ secure parking” which it wasn’t and was the main reason I’d chosen hotel Room was okay but have stayed in better for less money

Room was extremely clean. Love The White Company smellies. Although there was a mix up (Executive Room I booked said it had a king bed and sofa bed but no sofa bed) the Receptionist who checked us in and different Receptionist who checked us out went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were offered 2 Executive Rooms so that we would have a bed each or 1 twin bed room. We opted for the twin bed room. I regularly travel to the area as I was born nearby and had often seen this hotel, but never stayed in it before. It did not disappoint. I will recommend it to others. The staff are wonderful. Best I've ever encountered at a hotel when it comes to problem solving.

The room was smaller than expected, however very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Friendly reception staff and decent breakfast, would stay again. Good location to drive to WB Studio Tour.

I was let down by my recent experience. I requested a wake-up call at check-in, but it never happened, and the check-out process was unfriendly. The overall service did not meet my expectations this stay.

Lack of response about a complaint. NO 24hr reception

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Once again food was delicious in the evening and breakfast was truly first class with plenty of selection of hot and cold food. Room was clean and comfortable and bed was amazing

Nice, modern accommodation block has been added to the original art drco building. Is quiet, and has air conditioning

A lovely quirky hotel close to Hertfordshire University. Many food places close by however, the onsite restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly, polite and welcoming. The rooms were generous sized and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely return.

The reception staff were fantastic. Parking excellent. Restaurant and bar service fine breakfast was particulary good. Unfortunately the airconding was down, I discovered it merely require a member of staff with mobile app to re-set.after an uncomfortable night..
