スタッフはとても親切
今回 できるだけ上階のリクエストを出したが、地上階の部屋に
窓の外はレストランのテラス席
テーブルがあり、夜まで人が多く、早朝以外はカーテンを開けることができなかった
部屋はコンパクトだが清潔な感じ

Clean environment, delicious English breakfast, favourable impression over all. However, a bit disappointing thing is that I didn't receive a reply for my question from the hotel, via Expedia communication system. It would also have been much better if robes or pajamas came with the amenity there. Thank you for providing us with the good stay, anyway.

ホテルオリジナルのマップをプラスチックフィルムでラミネートしたマットがテーブルに置かれてました。マップが欲しく、新しいのを購入したいとフロントに申し込むと、「ない」と。古いもので、追加生産していなかったようです。部屋で使用していたものを「持って行っていいよ」と。シミがありましたが、いい記念になりました。額に入れ、飾ります。

バードンオンザウォーターの観光にとても便利。レンタカーで行ったので、ホテルに車を駐車出来たのでよかった。どこも駐車場がいっぱいでホテルの駐車場がないと大変だった。
古いけれど、とても雰囲気のあるホテル。
ディナーは営業していなかった。
朝食はイングリッシュブレックファーストでとてもボリュームがあり、美味しかった。

Lovely mid-week break at The Dial House. The service from the whole team was excellent and rooms were clean and well presented, although our LLB room would maybe benefit from having a small wardrobe with drawers rather than just a hanging rail. There is plenty of parking and a quiet garden at the rear where you can escape the bustling High Street. The skate dinner was exceptional!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff had the fan going to cool down for us since the heat wave was still going.
The room had everything we needed but it was on the small side and had no A/C. Check in was very easy and parking on site was a great amenity. Breakfast was pricey and we decided to get pastries and coffee on the nearby coffee shop since we’re not big breakfast people.
The hotel is very well located in front of restaurants and water running through the town. It’s a great place for families and pet friendly.

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Dial House in Bourton-on-the-Water, and we honestly couldn't have asked for more.
We happened to visit during an exceptionally hot spell, with temperatures reaching 36°C, but the staff were absolutely outstanding throughout our stay, doing everything possible to ensure all guests remained comfortable and well looked after. Their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail really stood out.
Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast were both excellent, and enjoying cocktails in the stunning garden on a warm summer evening was simply perfect. The location is unbeatable too – right in the heart of the gorgeous Bourton-on-the-Water, making it easy to enjoy everything this beautiful village has to offer.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

The whole place was charming and full of character. Check-in was fast and reception took us to our room personally. The room was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was modern and clean. A nice selection of teas and biscuits. This is not a negative but something to be aware of; since the building is older and refurbished, the stairs are a little narrow and lean so make sure you are comfortable with navigating not so perfect stairs if you choose to stay in the upper levels. Back to the positives: the garden area was lovely with plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy, there were EV stations available, a small pub and restaurant to relax and unwind (we didn’t try it out, but the smells coming from the kitchen were wonderful). Most importantly, right in the heart of the village so you can walk to everything.

Charming inn right at the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water. It was a short walk to the shops and pubs/restaurants of the town. Chose it because it had a room that would accommodate three ladies on our little tour of the Cotswolds. Our room had two separate bedrooms, one with a large bed and then another with two twin beds. Bathroom was updated and roomy with a full tub and shower. Would be perfect for a family also. The inn was built in 1698 and has historical charm, but was nicely renovated. Lovely restaurant which we didn't have a chance to try, and a sitting area where we had coffee. Everyone was lovely and kind. Would highly recommend.

It is a very nice hotel but arrived and were told that hotel was pretty much closed for the evening so no access to the bar or lounge etc which seemed disappointing based on the cost of the room
