街の中心にあるので散歩するのも夕食を食べに行くのも便利でした。朝食のメニューが豊富でこちらのリクエストに応えて頂けるのがありがたかったです。

ボートン・オン・ザ・ウォーターの便利な場所にある良いホテル スタッフはとても親切 今回　できるだけ上階のリクエストを出したが、地上階の部屋に 窓の外はレストランのテラス席 テーブルがあり、夜まで人が多く、早朝以外はカーテンを開けることができなかった 部屋はコンパクトだが清潔な感じ レストランは美味しかった

レストランも美味しいし、周りもスーパーや色々あるので快適にコッツウォルズを巡る拠点にできました。

歴史ある施設だが、小綺麗で快適に過ごせた。街にとけ込んだ雰囲気やスタッフのホスピタリティなど大変良いホテルであった。

Clean environment, delicious English breakfast, favourable impression over all. However, a bit disappointing thing is that I didn't receive a reply for my question from the hotel, via Expedia communication system. It would also have been much better if robes or pajamas came with the amenity there. Thank you for providing us with the good stay, anyway.

ホテルオリジナルのマップをプラスチックフィルムでラミネートしたマットがテーブルに置かれてました。マップが欲しく、新しいのを購入したいとフロントに申し込むと、「ない」と。古いもので、追加生産していなかったようです。部屋で使用していたものを「持って行っていいよ」と。シミがありましたが、いい記念になりました。額に入れ、飾ります。

バードンオンザウォーターの観光にとても便利。レンタカーで行ったので、ホテルに車を駐車出来たのでよかった。どこも駐車場がいっぱいでホテルの駐車場がないと大変だった。 古いけれど、とても雰囲気のあるホテル。 ディナーは営業していなかった。 朝食はイングリッシュブレックファーストでとてもボリュームがあり、美味しかった。

可愛らしいコッツウォルズを象徴するような、可愛らしいホテル。 朝食も美味しくて、大満足です。

Charming inn right at the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water. It was a short walk to the shops and pubs/restaurants of the town. Chose it because it had a room that would accommodate three ladies on our little tour of the Cotswolds. Our room had two separate bedrooms, one with a large bed and then another with two twin beds. Bathroom was updated and roomy with a full tub and shower. Would be perfect for a family also. The inn was built in 1698 and has historical charm, but was nicely renovated. Lovely restaurant which we didn't have a chance to try, and a sitting area where we had coffee. Everyone was lovely and kind. Would highly recommend.

It is a very nice hotel but arrived and were told that hotel was pretty much closed for the evening so no access to the bar or lounge etc which seemed disappointing based on the cost of the room

L’accueil, la qualité de l’hébergement, les repas, la terrasse ! Tout est génial et la localisation dans un village bucolique est magnifique , !!!

Localisation, qualité de l’hébergement gentillesse du personnel et qualité des repas souper et déjeuner.. Le stationnement est très pratique … Les salons et la terrasse sont très appréciés !

The Dial house is great ! Very clean and comfortable with great staff and food. It’s located centrally to the little town. The model village and motor museum are very close too. We had a lovely one night stay.

Gorgeous hotel! Staff were so lovely, the location was perfect and the rooms were so unique (we stayed in Oscar). The only issues we had was that it was pretty loud from about 7am with bin men. Nothing can be done about that, but a heads up would have been nice as we were looking forward to a lay in after a busy day. We also found some old contact lens wrappers in the bathroom and weirdly old blood on the shower wall. Was slightly disappointed but nonetheless had a great stay.

A lovely well maintained hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. When I arrived home I realised I had left my watch in the hotel room. I called the hotel and they posted it that day and it arrived at my home the next morning. Very impressed with the efficiency and honesty of the staff.

Delicious breakfast and helpful staff

We didn’t eat at the hotel, so we cannot review that. But the convenience of the hotel was fantastic for our short stay. The parking on site was excellent, but do not forget to register. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in one of the coach houses and it is in need of redecoration. A minor point in our fantastic stay.
