とても良いホテルでした。 私の病気のため、スタッフにはお世話になりましたが、気持ちよく対応していただけました。 お部屋もきれいでとても満足でしたし、 海外では初めて冷蔵庫の飲み物がフリーなど、 サービスに気を使っているのを感じました。 値段もロンドンの半額のイメージですね。 そして日本人スタッフのさゆりさんにはとても感謝しています。 日本語で対応して頂いただけではなく、ホテルスタッフとして行き届いたサービスでした。 病気で不安な中、親切に対応してもらえて本当に救われました。 どうもありがとうございました。 バースに行かれる方にはおすすめのホテルです！

Great position in Bath, everywhere very close by and easy to walk to and around the city.

Nice hotel but not at all family friendly. That wouldn’t be an issue if they warned you but they don’t - we got to the pool with the kids in their costumes ready to be told it’s 16+ only. The hotels.com listing just says “pool” not “pool for adults only” - misleading advertising

Excellent and spa is lovely

At check-in according to website they had family friendly laundry and we even contacted them two days prior to confirm and they never hat back to us and at check-in they do not offer. Only very expensive service. 10 pounds per T-shirt so adds up. Then they put us in handicap room which I do not like taking it away from someone who may need it and to top it off when we showered water ran all over the floor so we had to arrange each night for Extra towels to create a dam. Very disappointing. I asked for different room and never received one. I am starting to feel room booked via Expedia are not treated as well. Given the cost of the hotel we were treated like second class citizens. One shining note was the spa. Take advantage as it was amazing but could not erase all the other issues.

The complimentary access to the pool spa facilities is very limited and also at not always convenient slots of time as well.

Enjoyed our stay at the Gainsborough Bath Spa. The opportunity to "take the waters" in the morning was better than I expected.

Simply wonderful. The one hotel with actual hot spring water spa in Bath. Wonderful facilities, comfy bed, just all around luxurious. Worth the price.

Superb 5 start hotel, prefect location, amazing spa and brilliant staff - highly recommend

We chose the hotel as a birthday treat. Its location is fabulous and for me, aircon is essential in Bath at this time of year. The room had huge sash windows and a view of the Bath Spa! We actually used the hotel’s spa on two occasions. This is a real plus for the hotel and they do it well. It’s well equipped, beautifully clean and attractively laid out. There’s also a reasonable gym on site but we just didn’t have time to use that too. The room was a nice size, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was very clean. My only niggles were about staffing levels. There seemed to be only one person on the evening desk and when we rang down for extra milk, nobody picked up and we tried several numbers, numerous times. I also think the decor is in need of a refresh, given that it’s a smart hotel in a beautiful city. Having said all that, we did have a lovely time there!

The Gainsborough Bath Spa Hotel…Spa Girl Heaven As a spa girl, I had to come to Bath, and this hotel spoke to me. The spa is absolutely adorable, and my massage? 👩‍🍳💋 Pure perfection. The front desk was delightful, and our room was super cute. Bath as a town winds down early (around 8 PM), so if I came back, I’d do it like this: spa in the morning, explore in the afternoon, spa again, dinner, then bed. Highly recommend for a blissful, relaxing getaway.

£40 for overnight parking is a bit steep, considering there's a public lot 3 mins away that charges £15. Beautiful property with 2 hours of spa access included.
