I was satisfied about location, hospitality and breakfast, but saytime noisy sound outside annoyed me a little bit.

レセプション、コンシェルジュの皆さんは親切だった。 ハンドシャワーが古く使いにくい。 部屋の掃除は午後２時に終わっていないのでもう少し早く済ませてもらえるとありがたい。

Chose this "The Grand" because our customer recommeded us. It is! It's very much comfortable hotel with nice location (in front of the ocean and convenient for shopping and eating, etc). Very satisfied with their service too. I will choose again when visiting Brighton again for sure.

Excellent room and setvice

Well situated room with superb sea view and great facilities, including high standard bed and bedding, shower, and amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Recommended.

This hotel is not a generic modern hotel. It has so much history and class. The staff are very efficient and the breakfast was delicious. Not much better in life than opening the window and listening to the ocean.

I've made this my go to hotel when visiting the UK. I"ve been 4 times and each time is better than the next. I just celebrated my 50th Birthday there in October and i was treated exceptionally. Will always be back.

Spacious room on 6th floor. Welcoming staff from doorman through to reception team & all bar staff / breakfast staff we met. Definitely a stay to remember. It seemed to us that this hotel is undergoing a refurb / redecoration which is going very well. The ambience of the hotel was very good. Light bites in the bar exceptional. Best thing about this hotel : the team working there.

The Rooms, Amenities, Ambience and 80% of the staff except for the concierges standing outside who seems to be racial profiling some customers based on my experience and observations.

No restaurant available to dine at only the overcrowded bar full of Xmas shoppers. Restaurant opening at 5pm. After driving for 2hrs from Hampstead, North London, were hoping to grab a nice champagne lunch before our evening gathering. The front desk computer system was also down so was made to login into my email to find the actual cost of the booking so I could pay there and then for my first night - totally unreasonable and distressing. I had to get my bags from concierge as on my iPad not phone. No decent food available at the bar (or room), no seating either - yet we were the actual hotel guests staying the hotel and who had booked for a relaxing spa weekend, but couldn’t get a table nor could we book one; unacceptable. There was nothing relaxing about it all. Too overcrowded. Shows that a restaurant should be open if people cannot find a seat, just makes sense. Staff did their best to assist, cannot fault them. They tried. Unclear if the hotel is under staffed. Also, upon arrival the concierge took our bags and stacked them in the corner of the entrance lobby - just looked/felt unsafe, should be taken into a separate room. Was hoping to visit every Christmas and meet friends who now live near Brighton, make it a regular catch up Christmas and attend the spa. Don’t think will be considering that now; unfortunate. The room was nice, bathroom beautiful, but paying for room service every time you ordered! Not a memorable nor pleasant stay. trust the feedback was helpful.

Lovely room and fantastic bar serving great cocktails. The new spa / hydro suite is good but could do with a swimming costume dryer in the changing room.
