週末は、深夜までパーティの音がありましたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました

チェックインもスムーズで、部屋も快適でした。 wifiは部屋によりけりのようで、別の部屋に泊まった友人は充分な速度が出たとの事でしたが、私の部屋はまともに接続できず。当たり外れがあります。 1階のパブでは遅くまで音楽がかかっており、にぎやかな雰囲気が好きな人にはお勧めです。 12時を過ぎたら眠りたいと思う私のような者には残念でした。

2回目の宿泊です。今回は部屋が広く、清潔で、広いバスルームもある部屋でした。 飛行機の時間が遅れ、ホテルに到着が24時過ぎになってしまうため、レイトチェックインをお願いしたところ、スタッフの一人に残ってもらい、チェックインすることができるとご案内を頂きました。結局23時に間に合ったため、事なきを得ましたが、急なお願いにも関わらず聞いていただけたことに感謝します。

スウィンドンのバスステーションから歩いて15分から20分くらい。 3階建で、ロンドン市内のような狭い部屋ではありません。 スーツケースを悠々と広げられるくらい。セーフティボックスはありません。 シャワーはお湯が出ますが、水圧が少ない。洗面所も広々としています。バスタブはありません。 朝ごはんは1階のレストランで。フルイングリッシュのブレックファーストをいただけます。 こんなにいただいて、このおねだんでいいの？と思いました。また行きたいと思いますが、 フロントの男のひとが日本人をバカにするような態度をとったので、マイナス2。

シャワーは水しか出ない、エアコンも無いし冷蔵庫もない週末は下がクラブになり喧しくて寝れない　最悪のホテルでした。こんなホテルを紹介してはダメだ。

We were here two nights, we have a nice big room, and a very nice breakfast.

Very old property and a little tired but the room was clean, bedding was clean and fresh, plenty of white fluffy towels again clean and fresh. Full English breakfast cooked to order. Check in staff, bar staff and breakfast staff could not do enough for us. Top marks all round and would recommend 😊

Had to get out of bed, get dressed, pack up & find somewhere else to stay as ‘this is a nightclub’ was explained as we left for an alternative, that really was a hotel. May be different whenever the nightclub isn’t open, but noise also came from the next door club & smokers in the yard, which was on the back of the property, through only old sash windows, which didn’t prevent any noise. Bed/mattress was soft & old, floors outside & upstairs creaked loudly, and the tipsy revellers passing our room to theirs, were loud & obnoxious, when asked to be less noisey. Big mistake/never in 35 years of travelling have I checked out of a property at midnight, after securing an alternative. Will seem full compensation, via Expedia.

Great location, good value, awesome breakfast. The venue hosts a Friday night disco, make sure to ask whats on if you want a quiet night, or embrace it 😀.

The pub at the King's Arms is excellent; they have a brilliant chef, and breakfast is included. On the down side, the room was extremely small, and the sink isn't in the bathroom.

From the first point of arriving wss excellent Evening meal fresh and hot. Helpful directions to the theatre. Including taxi no for getting back to hoel Comfy clean bedroom, lovely breakfast. Even a pleasant cherrio as we left.

This venue is a live music venue and nightclub Friday & Saturday. The venue are up front about this and list it appropriately on their website but hotels.com do not. I had gone based on hotels.coms information which is miss leading. It was only at check in I discovered this, over 150miles from home. I am not exaggerating, I am not being ott, they turn into a night club from 9pm - 3am every Friday and Saturday. Music thudding until 3am. Our room was above the outside smoking shelter in a Friday night …. Not great. The venue is tired and was undergoing renovations when we visited. Room was okay. Staff were friendly, attentive & polite. Breakfast was great and allergy friendly.

Overall it was pretty good to be fair, though I think a few things could be improved. The check in was straight forward and you're given a printed sheet to put in the front of the car to cover parking in the pay & display at the rear of the building. The room was small but comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. There were fresh towels and plenty of tea & coffee. The food we had was really nice and fairly priced, and the breakfast was good too. The only complaint I would have with the breakfast is that nobody told us where everything was and what we could/couldn't have, and we were sort of left to our own devices. The server at breakfast was also a little off and almost uninterested. We also had a rather blunt exchange from another staff member regarding room payment while we were eating our evening meal which was a bit off. One thing we didn't know until we arrived was that it turned into a night club at 10pm until 2pm! That was ok for us and we stayed up and listened to the dj while we drank, but for some it might be reason to avoid the place. The access to the rooms isn't the best as the stairs are quite steep and shallow treads, but it is an old building so I can understand this. We rang the hotel ahead as my wife has a heart condition, so we needed a room on the first floor which they obliged us with. There is another floor above so worth checking if you need to. All in all a nice place with decent food and a pleasant atmosphere, service could be better. Good vfm

Really nice play to stay, fab cocktails , dancing till the early hours. Such a good night, would definitely stay here again

Nice enough rooms and pub. There were a few locals in there when we got there. Staff in the evening were very friendly, the breakfast crew not so much.

Great crash over, price and location for Old Town.

Pleasant enough room above a pub (apart from the didgy stains on the blanket) but almost no sleep... loud pub DJ until gone midnight (althpugh no one on the dance floor and bar almost empty) , then people shouting/ drinking in the smoking area (directly below bedroom window) until the small hours and then what sounded like a tumble dryer (?) in the landey room along the corridor on a very long cycle making a hell of a noise... finally dropped off to sleep about 5am, overslept and missed the breakfast then housekeeping knocking on the door hurrying us along before we'd even reached check out time (then standing outside talking while we packed up)

Stayed here a couple of times, convenient, great service, what more could you want for the price. Breakfast also lovely
