A really comfortable and pleasant hotel in a great location with an easy short walk to the sea. After a pleasant night's sleep, the breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff here and a very reasonable price.

Deluxe room nice and spacious with glimpses of the sea and two large windows, huge bed with nice linen. The breakfast was enjoyable and nicely presented with crisp white linen. I liked the nautical theme in the room.

I had a nice stay, needs some TLC its abit tired and could with some work done. My key in the lock to my door didnt work to well but staff was very helpful. Very nice breakfast. I had a upgrade on my room so that was very nice!!

Very nice hotel. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Not in a way when you visit a luxury 5-star hotel, where you see the extremely polite, but in many cases face friendliness. This hotel really has genuinely friendly staff, who really want you to enjoy the stay. I had a room on the top floor, facing to the sea. There was a great view, and they even had binoculars by the window so that you could see the ships sailing. Breakfast was very good, although the buffet was limited. I took the toast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, and that was very good.

Place was very creaky but the staff were very helpful

Stayed a night here and it was lovely. Only a short walk to town or the beach. If you're staying in falmouth this is the place to be!

Hotel ideally positioned for beach, walking & exploring Falmouth. Hotel looks a bit tired, room carpet stained, paintwork chipped & outside area’s overgrown. But despite it’s quirkiness the hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Room very clean but housekeeping only made bed (which I could easily have done myself) & night wear just dumped on bedside table. Sink & shower not wiped round. Walls are quite thin, I clearly heard a man yell out in the early hours, sounded like he had cramp!! Staff very friendly & helpful, breakfast menu good. I booked last minute & think in view of what I paid, probably not value for money as no amenities . I think if the garden was more inviting & there was a few extra touches such as flowers in reception, a welcome folder with info in room & the decor updated it could be a very good hotel .

Lovely stay at the Lerryn, the room was spacious and comfortable. The house itself is lovely and the breakfast on both mornings were delicious. The hotel is close to the beach and a short walk to a cafe right on the beach. We had a great stay here

It was a pleasant stay at the Leryn Hotel. The hotel is well positioned on the outskirts of Falmouth within an easy walk into the town centre. It has good facilities and they provide a good cooked breakfast

Really good breakfast. Had the full Cornish. Excellent good quality produce and very well cooked.

I will definitly stay again if I'm in Falmouth, room was excellent, particularly the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, I regret turning down extra toast.

We stayed overnight in room 14 the room itself was pleasant enough with a lovely sea view . On retiring to bed we had a disturbed sleep as the mattress didn't fit the bed and the bed itself wasn't a double but seemed to be 2 singles pushed together. The next morning we thought we'd use the coffee machine in the room but we were unable to get this to work and no instructions were available. On going down for breakfast the cereal fruit and juice selection was good and the coffee was amazing 👏. A polite young lad took our order and offered white or brown toast he also said sour dough was available which I duly ordered along with the cornish breakfast. 25 minutes later no cornish breakfast although guests arriving after us had been served. When the food finally turned up it was tasty although the bacon was smoked which was fine by me but some people may not like it.The toast and sour dough never made an appearance and we also noticed other guests food was incorrect. A shame as the food itself was tasty

Well located and quiet. Very well furnished and very clean. Good value for a single room so would be pleased to stay again.

Repeat stay and will be back again.

Needed somewhere nice to stay overnight after a long night out- really pleasantly surprised by the sophisticated decoration of the room! Gorgeous colour scheme and lots of pillows. Nice big bright windows. Spacious, nice TV, big bed with an extra bed and sofa. Lots of tea and coffee and complimentary mint chocolate :) very lovely big bathtub and seperate shower which I appreciated. Staff were helpful and accomodating while I was a tad late for breakfast. Quick service and nice food, felt very homely and comfortable :)
