The New England was a lovely hotel, close to local amenities. The hotel was so beautiful with a cosy lounge which was decorated with lovely decor and furniture. The superior room we had was excellent in every way. The balcony had a lovely sea view. Good supply of tea's coffee etc. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. The host Audrey was a lovely lady who greeted us when we arrived. Audrey showed us to our room, and even brought us tea. Audrey was so friendly and proffessional. Breakfasts were amazing, using the best ingredients. Cooked to order. Overall are stay was the best. If we could move this amazing hotel to anywhere we wished to stay would be great. Would love to thank Audrey for making our stay memorable . furniture decorated with loveky decir and furniture. On arriving

昔ながらのスタイルのB&Bという感じで、建物は古そうでしたが綺麗で、スタッフもフレンドリーだしいい感じのホテルです。部屋は狭かったですが、風呂の湯もしっかりでたし、バスタブも大きめでいいです。部屋は海側ではなかったのですが、朝食会場からは海が見渡せてよかったです。雨の予報だったけど、晴れてきたので、バスツアーでセブンシスターズを見にゆきました。駅からスーツケースを引きずって行ったのはちょっときつかったけど、よく調べたらバスで行けたので、帰りはバスにしました。

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this Hotel. We were greeted and looked after by a very friendly and caring host and staff. Breakfast was freshly cooked and there was a good menu. We had room 3 with a big balcony overlooking the promenade with sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. Hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

Staff were very welcoming and immediately asked about our visit and if they can advise of anything. Rooms were lovely and quiet, delicious breakfast with tranquil atmosphere. Would definately book again.

Incredible, hard working and very responsive staff. Adri and her team make this place feel like a family home. Location is also prime, yet tucked away behind the pier so you get the quaint ambiance of Eastbourne and it's a bit quieter.
