Lovely staff.Room very clean and crisp bedding with comfortable bed.

Lovely friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble.Great room and breakfast.We travelled by train and there was no need for a car as could walk everywhere.Would definitely stay again.

Incredible, hard working and very responsive staff. Adri and her team make this place feel like a family home. Location is also prime, yet tucked away behind the pier so you get the quaint ambiance of Eastbourne and it's a bit quieter.

The New England was very welcoming. Adri was super friendly and interesting. She prepared a fabulous breakfast and made us feel at home.

A last minute Easter overnight stay, which we used a voucher to book through Hotels.com Location was good, right on the seafront. Parking is on street and difficult to find even this early in the season. Audrey was a great host, very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were given an upgrade to a sea view room which was a lovely surprise. The room was lovely and bright with a large balcony. The room needed a little tlc - sockets not working, shelf over sink prohibits you from washing your face… Lovely hot full English breakfast, although obviously a new waitress so service to/from the kitchen was sketchy but I’m sure will improve with experience and a little confidence. All in all a nice little BnB and one we would stay at again!

Very clean friendly and well Kept hotel/B&B. Mattress was soft for my taste but no complaints. Breakfast was excellent with great service. Highly recommended and lovely place to stay and I will definitely stay again.

Beautifully maintained and presented rooms; lovely carpeted staircase - lovely decoration too, and a nice deep bath. Chocolate on the pillow, and a cooked-to-order breakfast! The staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a nice time. Good location and friendly staff. One of the TVs didn’t work properly and the bathroom light was broken though. Other than these, all good.

Nice hotel just off sea front, limited parking, but managed to park on street nearby. You need to pre-order breakfast by 8pm the night before. Breakfast was fantastic, really good quality. Not many places to eat nearby, need to walk along the seafront about 1/2 mile to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at The new England hotel. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were just amazing and so helpful with everything. Breakfast was also very delicious. We look foward to staying again soon.

This is a convenient well run guest house in an old and dated building although the bathrooms and dining area are well modernized. Parking is difficult and front facing rooms were almost intolerably hot since I had the good fortune to be in England for the five days when they had summer!!

Friendly staff, very clean, wonderful breakfast, perfect location for beach and shops. Would recommend.
