ザ・クイーンズ・ホテル

良いホテル。久しぶりに日本レベルのホテルだった。ふつうにシャワーは熱いし、部屋はシングルでもある程度広く、寝心地の良いベッド。シーズンオフだからか、ポーツマスというロンドンから2時間時間離れている地域性からか、本当にリーズナブルだった。 ちょっとおしゃれなフルブレックファーストも美味しかった。

Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. We would have rated it 5 stars, but our room was quite small, with very little natural light.

The Queens is a Portsmouth institution in and of itself, but after staying here, my husband (who grew up in Portsmouth) and I have found that it's also amazing! The bar, the restaurant and the hotel itself is both super cozy and top tier

Room was clean and very well equipped. but very small for the price. Staff were friendly. Breakfast good but very expensive. Dinner (we attended a pre planned event dinner) was average.

Really great location, building and facilities in a beautiful spot. We were taking a cruise the next day and stayed at this hotel because of the location to the coast. We had ocean views from our room. The hotel itself is very well preserved and very charming. The bar and restaurant were first class as well. Would definitely stay again.

The room, the staff, the food all excellent The staff were excellent so helpful and friendly my second visit and would not hesitate to book again.

Reception was very helpful on arrival & again on departure. Breakfast was made to order & very good quality.

A lovely stay at a really impressive hotel. The hotel is stunning, it’s right on the seafront with free parking. The grandeur of this building is impossible to ignore. Our room had a sea view, it was quite small but perfect for one night. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely book here again. Thank you 😊

Good breakfast

Have stayed a few times now at the Queens, staff are fantastic, food good and always spotlessly clean.

Very friendly staff, beautiful building and common areas. Our room was quite basic, but nicely decorated and good value. It was ideal for our stay - which was to run the Great South Run. Perfectly located opposite the start/finish, with parking included and a great spot to meet friends and crash out with a drink post run.

I enjoyed a one night stay at the Queens last night. The Hotel has good on site parking. The decor is impressive and has old world grandeur that's lacking in so many Travel Lodge type places. The staff were very friendly and very helpful - top marks there too. The evening meal was excellent. The bedroom was clean as was the ensuite. Decor fine but some of the furniture was needing changed with something a little more in keeping with the hotel's overall vibe. If you are staying in Portsmouth for any reason, business or pleasure, I'd recommend this place as somewhere to stay. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. 9/10 from me

Staff are always very friendly and it is ideally situated with a great view of the sea. Shops are nearby as well as close location to sites. Every time I come down to the area I stay here due to suitability for my needs and also parking availability

Old style hotel thoroughly renovated and updated. Ample free parking is a bonus. Walking distance to the historic dockyard.

Accessibility. About 10 steep stairs to the main entrance. We found out later about a side door without steps. Nice area for walking.
