枕と布団のこだわりがすばらしく、ぐっすり眠れました。スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。

スタッフの対応が良かった。 歴史を感じる建物、客室、調度品は最高。難点はシャワー温度が上がら無かった事。

駅のすぐ目の前で便利。朝食も、美味しく部屋も綺麗。シャワーの水圧が弱いので使いにくい感じ。

駅の目の前です。紅茶とコーヒーの用意が完璧でした。バスタブが付いていたので、バースでバスライフを満喫しました。朝食も美味しくて、フロントの方々もとてもフレンドリーで親切。知っている日本語をいくつか話してコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれているのが伝わりました。

若い男女のレセプショニストふたりが、とてもフレンドリーで感じが良く、楽しく滞在出来ました。薔薇の壁紙がラヴリー、フワフワの枕とお布団も快適でした。

駅の目の前という立地のため、全く迷う事なく到着できました。 チェックイン直後、トイレのスナップが折れ、水が流さなくなるというトラブルがありました。マネージャーが素早く修理手配をしてくれ、夕食をとりに外出している間に治してくださいました。 客室はとてもクラシカルで、かわいい部屋でした。広さも十分あり、スーツケースを広げてもゆったりと寛げるスペースがありました。 朝食もテーブルまでオーダーに来てくれるスタイルで、伝統的なイギリスの食事を楽しむ事が出来ました。 とても感じの良いホテルです。

バーススパ駅の目の前で重い荷物を持っての到着も全く苦になりませんでした。 市街観光も疲れたら一旦お部屋に戻り一休みし、また出かけたり出来たので良かったです。 スタッフの方々も伝統あるホテルできちっとした応対をされる方ばかりでした。気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 朝食も選択肢が広く、朝からステーキまでオーダー出来ることには驚きました。どれも美味しく頂きました。 私の部屋はシングルで設備はかなり古さが感じられ、水回りは少し使いづらさも感じました。リフォームされた部屋もあるのかもしれませんが。 しかし水回りの使い勝手を超えるこのホテルのクラッシックな温かさが感じられたので素敵な滞在になりました。

A great stay, central for everywhere we needed, easy access to the station and short walk to the therma spa.

The location across from the train station was noisy late at night.

Lovely stay at hotel , great as opposite station so very convenient, loved walking into town , so much to do. Room was comfortable, staff friendly and a good bar , breakfast was buffet plus a cooked option . Enjoyed my stay thank you

Staff positive helpful spot on

It was lovely apart there was roadworks the first night and it was very noisy, they offered us two different rooms to move to the next morning but they where both very small and we had already paid for the superior room ,but the next evening there was roadworks again and they moved us to a four poster room which was beautiful and they where very apologetic, we would definitely stay again

Loved the staff! Tim at the reception desk was amazing and efficient. Liz cleaned our room everyday and restocked our tea supplies. Please note , this hotel is close th the buss and train station. Some noise is to be expected. No air conditioning. Fan was provided in the room.

Great location right beside the train station, and close to all tourist attractions. Moreover, you get to experience staying in a historic hotel. I was greeted by the staff with very kind words and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast during my stay. 120/100 RECOMMENDED.

Right in the centre easy to get everywhere. Hotel was nice and clean but it is very tired. As an old hotel it only has secondary glazing which isn’t as quiet, especially when one of them is missing

Great location, incredibly friendly staff and service. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Met several members of staff during the stay, they were all pleasant - some of them even spoke a few friendly Japanese words! We were delighted with the room design, layout and the comfortable beds. Would like to come back again some day. Thank you!

The location is good. The bed was very firm. the bathroom has been updated and was good.

The hotel is of historical interest, old, next to the train station and in need of some attention in areas. The decor is looking tired in all areas we saw. In our room the bath sides have come away and need fixing, the pipes emit a squeal that could get very loud. It was quirky to begin with, but got a little annoying after a while. The bathroom floor was very slippering after showering. I was woken at 4am by the sound of the lift and banging doors. Other than that the hotel is fine and comfortable. On checking out the staff member seemed dissinterested and was not interested in whether or not we enjoyed our stay. Check in was fine and other staff members were friendly and engaging.
