枕と布団のこだわりがすばらしく、ぐっすり眠れました。スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。

スタッフの対応が良かった。 歴史を感じる建物、客室、調度品は最高。難点はシャワー温度が上がら無かった事。

駅のすぐ目の前で便利。朝食も、美味しく部屋も綺麗。シャワーの水圧が弱いので使いにくい感じ。

駅の目の前です。紅茶とコーヒーの用意が完璧でした。バスタブが付いていたので、バースでバスライフを満喫しました。朝食も美味しくて、フロントの方々もとてもフレンドリーで親切。知っている日本語をいくつか話してコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれているのが伝わりました。

若い男女のレセプショニストふたりが、とてもフレンドリーで感じが良く、楽しく滞在出来ました。薔薇の壁紙がラヴリー、フワフワの枕とお布団も快適でした。

駅の目の前という立地のため、全く迷う事なく到着できました。 チェックイン直後、トイレのスナップが折れ、水が流さなくなるというトラブルがありました。マネージャーが素早く修理手配をしてくれ、夕食をとりに外出している間に治してくださいました。 客室はとてもクラシカルで、かわいい部屋でした。広さも十分あり、スーツケースを広げてもゆったりと寛げるスペースがありました。 朝食もテーブルまでオーダーに来てくれるスタイルで、伝統的なイギリスの食事を楽しむ事が出来ました。 とても感じの良いホテルです。

バーススパ駅の目の前で重い荷物を持っての到着も全く苦になりませんでした。 市街観光も疲れたら一旦お部屋に戻り一休みし、また出かけたり出来たので良かったです。 スタッフの方々も伝統あるホテルできちっとした応対をされる方ばかりでした。気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 朝食も選択肢が広く、朝からステーキまでオーダー出来ることには驚きました。どれも美味しく頂きました。 私の部屋はシングルで設備はかなり古さが感じられ、水回りは少し使いづらさも感じました。リフォームされた部屋もあるのかもしれませんが。 しかし水回りの使い勝手を超えるこのホテルのクラッシックな温かさが感じられたので素敵な滞在になりました。

Excellent room, friendly staff, super location

Excellent location, right in the heart of everything and opposite the train station. Lovely room and very welcoming and helpful staff.

Great location, very helpful staff, nice little touches in the room, excellent breakfast. Rooms could do with a re-furb and my bed was too hard for me, but I would stay there again.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly also there was loads of shops, bars and restaurants

The room was very clean, the location is amazing, and the staff were really friendly. We arrived early and they kindly stored our bags for us. It’s very close to the train station but still nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

We interacted with at least five people at the front desk and they were all so pleasant. The room was what we needed, the location was amazing (just across from train station), and they held our bags while we explored the city.

Lovely staff. Very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Lovely old character to the building. Great shower. Great part of Bath town, not far from centre and next to train station. Lots of tea and coffee in the room which was great as most places don’t give you enough. Hotel is looking a bit tired in places and could do with a freshen up. For example, the stairwell- worn carpet and wallpaper starting to peel. Our bathroom had cracked tiles. Hand soap near the basin and bath would be great, as it was only at shower height which meant leaning around a wall if using the sink or standing up when using the bath. There was a soap bar but I didn’t want to open it to use it when only staying for one night. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.
