日本から、女性1人旅で3日間宿泊 スタッフも気軽に声をかけてくださり、気持ちよく滞在できました 朝食はあまりたくさん食べないので、cold meal だけで十分でした 希望でhot meal もオーダー可能 朝からいろいろ食べられて、嬉しかったです 大聖堂には徒歩15分くらいかな？ 特に不便は感じませんでした 日本のように近所にすぐコンビニがあるわけではないので、出たついでに飲み物とか買って来るといいかもしれないです 部屋に冷蔵庫はないので、買うものには注意ですが。 ホテルですが、日本の方が想像するホテルとは違うので、イギリス初めての方は気をつけてくださいね セーフティボックスとか冷蔵庫は部屋にないです いわゆるB&Bのイメージです 心配だったら、予約前に聞いてみるといいかもです 私には最高に心地よい部屋でした ホームステイ中を思い出すような、家っぽい感じがすごくよかったです。 スタッフの皆さまありがとうございました😊 また泊まりたいです

Great service, lovely staff

Did not use the hotel only for sleeping was out at 6.30 each morning was not offered a takeaway type breakfast although on the last morning of my stay someone in room 223 had a takeaway breakfast left at information even though i had paid for them in my booking

We had a lovely time at this property, we were given a big room and large bathroom. I would recording breakfast to your booking at the time of when you book as it is well worth it. The hot breakfast was yummy and plenty of options from the cold options. The best thing about this hotel were the staff, special shout out to Rosario as she was absolutely amazing, perfect service and nothing was too much. Reasonably priced, we would deffo stay here again

Lovely clean hotel. Beautiful gardens. All staff extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb with plenty to choose from. Rooms were clean & spacious. Short walk into Canterbury & Canterbury west train station.

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant served good quality meals and reasonable price. Hotel is just a short walk to the city centre. Only down side was poor WIFI reception.

The hotel is family run and this is reflected by the staff who were very friendly throughout our 4 night stay. In house carvery and restaurant was good for an excellent meal. Also excellent breakfasts. The hotel is in walking distance from the city centre but there are also regular buses. The property is kept very clean and our room had a huge comfortable bed. The hotel was ideal for our short stay. I would chose to stay there again if I visit the area.

Great family-run B&B, within 15-20 minutes walk from Canterbury West Station and the city center. Beds are comfortable, dining options were satisfactory and reasonably priced. Wifi was great, I was able to get some work done in the evening. Would come back again. If I were being picky, the showers could be more powerful!

Stayed for friends wedding and holiday. Nice clean hotel. Great breakfast and choice of evening meals, including offers. Lovely staff. Nice walk into city centre. Would stay again.

Behind my expectation in terms of helpfulness and friendliness and understanding of unique situations. Best first long stay in Canterbury. Every single one of the staff honestly was a seriously kind soul to me

Love this hotel. Staff always happy to help. Fantastic location with parking included.

Easy access by car then the large free car park meant we could safely leave the car and were able to walk into the city in less than 20 minutes. Food was very good and the restaurant on site was reasonably priced. Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend the Victoria Hotel as a place to stay

Staff were amazing, very friendly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was a little dated but comfortable. Only a short 15 minute walk into town. Restaurant food was good, good variety and cooked as requested.

There are a few areas of the building that could do with an update or a bit of paint, but it was clean and the staff wre friendly. Meals were lovely and a good choice. Will go tjete again.

The restaurant was particularly good. The room was comfortable and once I turned the radiator (heating) on, as I was staying over in December, it was warm and cosy. The bathroom appeared to be newly renovated and was clean and easily accessible with lots of space. The breakfast was good.
