All the staff were kind. The facilities were old but well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious.

日本から、女性1人旅で3日間宿泊 スタッフも気軽に声をかけてくださり、気持ちよく滞在できました 朝食はあまりたくさん食べないので、cold meal だけで十分でした 希望でhot meal もオーダー可能 朝からいろいろ食べられて、嬉しかったです 大聖堂には徒歩15分くらいかな？ 特に不便は感じませんでした 日本のように近所にすぐコンビニがあるわけではないので、出たついでに飲み物とか買って来るといいかもしれないです 部屋に冷蔵庫はないので、買うものには注意ですが。 ホテルですが、日本の方が想像するホテルとは違うので、イギリス初めての方は気をつけてくださいね セーフティボックスとか冷蔵庫は部屋にないです いわゆるB&Bのイメージです 心配だったら、予約前に聞いてみるといいかもです 私には最高に心地よい部屋でした ホームステイ中を思い出すような、家っぽい感じがすごくよかったです。 スタッフの皆さまありがとうございました😊 また泊まりたいです

Plenty of off road parking and felt very secure! Breakfast choices were excellent and all the hot food was cooked to order! Ate in the restaurant (evening meal) and that was also fresh and really tasty! Room was a great size and would definitely return!

This is a nice hotel, clean with good parking , and close to city center. They also have friendly staff and a good cooked brekfast and buffet service for continental which could have been improved with tomatoes and cucumber .

We had a really lovely stay at the Victoria Hotel. It’s a charming place with plenty of character, and it felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The location is great — close enough to Canterbury city centre but still nice and peaceful. It made it easy to explore the area without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A great choice if you’re visiting Canterbury and want somewhere comfortable with a friendly atmosphere.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good with a big choice of food. The food in the evening was lovely too. Just a short walk down into the centre.

The noisiest hotel I have stayed in. Heard people coughing, their tv and others using their bathroom sink. The age of the building showed. Carvery ok but Beef too tough to eat. Breakfast was fine and good value. Staff fabulous.

Room was lovely & spacious enough to work as classed as small double. Breakfast was freshly cooked & well presented with continently sides also very good to choose from. Only small issue I had was shower was although easy to work & hot was that head positioned way too low for 6'4" person. Needs to be raised where there is space to do so, I was permanently bending in there.

Excellent location, 15 minute walk to city centre. Free parking in good sized carpark. Good sized room with tea and coffee. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Really friendly helpful staff.

Only 10 minute walk into start of high street and we enjoyed our stay would happily stay again.

Wonderful stay and all welcoming staff

Lovely place to stay, quiet and very comfortable room/bed. Staff are very nice and the breakfast is great …. Cooked or continental if you prefer, great coffee too! If you’ve travelled by car, this is definitely the place to stay….large, secure car park and about a 20 minute walk to centre of Canterbury. Taxi about £5.40 back from centre. Very recommended indeed.

Amazing as always, I’m here 2/3 times a week for work at last minute. Only 1 issue is that I’ve asked for an iron twice when checking in but they’ve forgotten it. Probably too busy with the bar during the evening which is understandable
