It didn’t get off to a good start as the lad checking us in said we haven’t paid and owe money for the stay. He repeated this several times that we needed to pay. We explained that we had paid and had confirmation if this from yourselves. He would not accept this (made us feel in the wrong). Showed him proof and he rung his boss, he said is was ok. Also he then took our bank card as he said he would need the details in case we did any damage. Felt almost threatening in his tone. We stayed here before and did not have to do this. After we eventually got checked in room was nice, clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was spot on staff made you feel welcomed good size rooms the location is perfect plenty of parking two min walk to the beach…. The only down side is there was no catering as other guests found out and were disappointed as it’s such a good hotel bar and restaurant.. that’s the only down side with the vine hotel.. we would of enjoyed it more if they had more staff on with the catering

Great stay , lovely clean room in little resort outside of Skegness Slightly noisy until after 11 but was fine after Great pub with places to eat locally

No food being served and it is supposed to be a steak house. No breakfast served. Disappointed

No food or wi-fi available at this hotel. Steer clear. Night time in the pub below is like a mental hospital.

Being above a pub. Room spacious and clean. A little bit of noise from the entertainment but fine. All quite after 10. Staff very pleasant. Very close to all amenities. Parking on site.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting friends the room was very clean the shower was very powerful we had a very good night sleep wood stay here again

Location great, literally a two minute walk to the beach, plenty to do. Room very clean, had a slight issue with noise the first night, but didn’t ruin our weekend away. Will stay here again.

We arrived at around 4pm had to go into the bar to let them know we needed to check-in. Check in was upstairs so not good for people with mobility problems. It was not wheelchair friendly. Check in time was 15.00. After getting the key entered a nice size room very clean .only one chair. It had tea coffee and biscuits in the room with pots of UHT milk.When we came to use the TV it was not working so had to get assistance to set it up. The shower was clean and worked well. There was only one hand towel and two bath towels. The hand towel was terrible. It had mascara and foundation all over it. There was no wi-fi in the hotel. I thought the room was overpriced. We would not return to this hotel again.

Had a great stay, nice place , and nice room. Wasnt delux but all good anyway. One thing tho, shelf above the sink was a bit silly as kept banging our heads on it 😂. No food anymore, dont know why its stopped but overall a good place and good weekend

Nice spot -excellent location, comfy bed and amazing water pressure. Just what I needed to help decompress after a lengthy Trans-Atlantic journey!

I couldn’t find it and ended up in another hotel nearby also called the Vine.

Terrible check in , clueless front of desk staff Unprofessional ask for deposit for room in case we smash it up apparently and it was said in those exact words. This was after taking ages to check us in because they said we hadn’t paid for room already. A colleague came and this was cleared up

Spiders in the bathroom, rubish behind bedside table, bar area too loud

Lovely stay nice and clean only criticism is the window didn’t open so was a little stuffy

The people on reception were helpful with the room heating. Ladies in the early morning helped me and my carer Lovely village chips hop just across the road. Food was tasty and I would have gone their everyday

Food is very good and great value,bedrooms are immaculate including the bathroom good value for money staff are very helpful and polite will be re booking next year.

Excellent facilities and location

The Vine Hotel and the team, including the entertainment crew are simply - superb! I would highly recommend a stay.
