Food is very good and great value,bedrooms are immaculate including the bathroom good value for money staff are very helpful and polite will be re booking next year.

Terrible check in , clueless front of desk staff
Unprofessional ask for deposit for room in case we smash it up apparently and it was said in those exact words.
This was after taking ages to check us in because they said we hadn’t paid for room already.
A colleague came and this was cleared up

Lovely modern clean spacious room and hotel. Would highly recommend. We went for 1 night and it was very very warm so would have liked the option of a fan but its not a deal breaker. Will be back thank you

Booked in for convienance to get to the market the followin day. Was in a superiour double which was actually quite small. The bathroom was far to compact and to top it off other guests spoilt the stay by kicking off at 5am on saturday morning and this continued all the way up untill we checked out. The lack of wifi is also an issue.

There was a little hiccup at check in, but this was dealt with immediately and certainly didn't impact our stay. We would definitely return. All of the staff we had dealings with were very polite and helpful. On check out there was no staff available to hand the key into so we had to leave it on the reception desk, so it might be worth having a post box to pop door keys in?
