Great location. Lovely people at reception. Room was excellent. The cocktail bar is fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Great location in London! Rooms are in a bit older but in good condition. Would describe the queen size bed as the north american double size.

We stayed on the 6th April, welcomed with a glass of cold bubbly - the room was spacious, even had sockets for non-UK devices. The water was always lovely, hot and the bed, pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, I recommend the Avocado toast. The girls on reception were always friendly and smiling as was the doorman. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is ideally located on the Strand, close to great shopping and dining. The hotel staff are very accessible and helpful. This is our go-to hotel in this area.

Perfect location, everything was walkable and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Crisp, clean and full doorman British service. All staff were amazing. We would turn on the "Make up room" light, and by the time we got back from breakfast, our room was clean! The Breakfast was so very worth the price. Full global selections plus menu items - all included in an opulent setting. They even have a to-go breakfast station for those in a hurry. Did I mention the heated towel racks and the iron and ironing board, and the beverage/safe closet???

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was a good size, especially for London. There was an event downstairs until late with loud music, which made it hard to sleep. Shower a little temperamental. But overall, it’s a nice hotel in a great location.

This was my second stay within 2 weeks. I really love the hotel. The staff is all very personable and friendly and the location is excellent. I did have an issue with a bad room service order but the front desk took that off my bill and offered me a free breakfast. So I look forward to my next stay at the Waldorf!

I was so lucky to have found this beautiful gem of a hotel at a reasonable price. From the lovely room to the gorgeous breakfast spot and to the lovely staff at reception, concierge and doormen everyone was amazing and kind

The staff are amazing. Our Room though clean and tidy, had no view and was really not worth nearly £400.

Stayed for one night as a family on arrival the reception and bar areas looked modern and grand, however our rooms didn’t quite meet our expectations definitely not the same feel as reception. We used the bar and accompaniment of nuts came we were charged £10 for the privilege. I understand London is expensive my children ordered pancakes for breakfast three arrived and each had a glass of orange juice we were charged just short of £29 each a little excessive in my opinion.
