Clean comfortable room, good bed and shower, nice breakfast. The location is the best thing about it, close to underground station and many bus routes available within minutes of the hotel door. I have stayed several times and always enjoy it.

Staff were lovely we upgraded to the executive room, which is great as you get drinks and nibbles at teatime Room was large clean and the hotel is in a convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Waldorf hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. We were celebrating my partners birthday and the staff really helped make it a more enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Was surprised a hotel of this caliber didnnt have walk in showers as is the norm these days. Climbing into a bath tub particularly elderly folk is not easy . Really needs updating in my view

A complete disappointment! Super slow check-in and waiting for a long time while the receptionist was mingling with other guests at the counter. Room service food an absolute disaster. Like from a low grade cantina. I ordered twice and both time food arrived cold and completely underwhelming. Breakfast had a long line to wait to be seated while the staff took their time. Food selection at the breakfast very-very poor quality and super basic. Table was tilted, used sugar packages in the sugar container. Just horribly low quality throughout!! Gym very ugly looking, not maintained and cleaning buckets lying around. Just super poor place! I do not recommend at all.
